Öffnungs-/Schließvorrichtung für ein Fahrzeug, welche automatisch ein Öffnungs-/Schließteil (12) öffnet und schließt, welches an dem Fahrzeug vorgesehen ist, wobei die Vorrichtung folgendes aufweist: eine Antriebseinheit (28), welche eine Antriebsquelle (26) und eine Reduktionsgetriebeeinrichtung (33) hat, welche in einem Getriebegehäuse (32a) untergebracht ist, und ferner eine vom Getriebegehäuse (32a) vorstehende Ausgangswelle (36) zum Ausgeben einer Drehbewegung von der Antriebswelle (26) hat; ein Ausgangsteil (51), welches fest mit einem vom Getriebegehäuse (32a) vorstehenden Abschnitt der Ausgangswelle (36) verbunden und mit dem Öffnungs-/Schließteil (12) gekoppelt ist und welches Energie (ein Drehmoment) von der Antriebseinheit (28) zu dem Öffnungs-/Schließteil (12) überträgt; einen Magneten (83), der zwischen dem Getriebegehäuse (32a) und dem Ausgangsteil (51) und außerhalb des Getriebegehäuses (32a) angeordnet ist und zusammen mit dem Ausgangsteil (51) eine Drehbewegung ausführt; und einen magnetischen Sensor (84), welcher zusammen mit dem Magneten (83) außerhalb des Getriebegehäuses (32a) derart angeordnet ist, dass er dem Magneten gegenüber liegt, und eine Drehbewegung des Ausgangsteils (51) als eine Änderung des Magnetfelds erfasst, welches durch den Magneten (83) erzeugt wird.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic opening/closing device for a vehicle, which is downsized with the reduced number of components so as to achieve cost reduction.SOLUTION: A drive drum is rotatably accommodated in a body case 25 of a drive unit 22. Cables 24a and 24b have one end connecting to a slide door, and the drive drum is wound with the other end side of the cables. An electric motor 27 is attached to the body case 25, so that the drive drum is rotary driven by the electric motor 27. A tensioner mechanism for imparting a predetermined tension to the cables 24a and 24b is accommodated in the body case 25. A control device 81 having a control board and a board case 82 for accommodating the board is stacked in the axial direction of the drive drum relative to the part for accommodating the tensioner mechanism of the body case 25. The operation of the electric motor 27 is controlled by the control device 81.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise emitted from an electric motor to the outside. SOLUTION: A ground plate 70 includes a yoke-side terminal 71 electrically connected to a yoke 33, a frame-side terminal 72 held between a mounting part 66 and a bracket so as to be electrically connected to the bracket, and a coupling part 73 for electrically connecting the yoke-side terminal 71 with the frame-side terminal 72. The ground plate is mounted on an electric motor. The yoke 33 is ground-connected to a vehicle body via the ground plate 70, thereby causing a shield effect in the yoke 33. Consequently, noise generated at a slide-contact part between a brush and a commutator is prevented from being emitted to the outside of the electric motor via the yoke 33. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the layout property of an automatic opening and closing device for vehicle by simplifying a laying-around structure of a cable from a guide rail side to an opening and closing body side. SOLUTION: A roller unit 15 rockably supported on a sliding door 14 by a spindle 18 includes a pulley shaft 43 parallel to the spindle 18. A distribution pulley 42 is rotatably supported by the pulley shaft 43, and a pulley case 44 housing the distribution pulley 42 is also rockably supported thereby. A closing-side cable 32a is laid over a closing-side pulley groove of the distribution pulley 42 and guided to the sliding door 14, and an opening-side cable 32b is laid over an opening-side pulley groove of the distribution pulley 42 and guided to the sliding door 14. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the accuracy of an operation of an opening and closing body by enhancing the shrinking performance of a tensioner against a rapid change in the tension of a cable body. SOLUTION: A tensioner storage chamber 62 is provided in a main body case 25 of a drive unit 22, and a tensioner mechanism 63a, which applies a predetermined tension to cables 24a and 24b, is housed in the tensioner storage chamber 62. The tensioner mechanism 63a comprises a pulley holder 66 which is freely movably mounted on a guide shaft 65, a spring 68 for energizing the pulley holder 66, and a movable pulley 72 which is freely rotatably supported by the pulley holder 66. The cables 24a and 24b, which are laid in the tensioner storage chamber 62, are run on the movable pulley 72. The guide shaft 65 is supported on the main body case 25 in the state of being inclined with respect to the direction of a load imposed on the movable pulley 72 from the cables 24a and 24b. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable terminal connection device capable of making compatible the easiness of connection between a cable terminal and a cable hook with the prevention of disconnection, a drive device of an opening/closing body for a vehicle using the cable terminal connection device, and a method of assembling the drive device. SOLUTION: This cable terminal connection device 21 comprises a locking piece 23 secured to the terminal of a cable to connect the terminals of cables 5a, 5b to a body 3 to be towed and a cable hook 22 having a fitting hole 31 for connecting the locking piece, formed of a pair of leg pieces 32a, 32b opposed to each other, and installed on the side of the body to be towed. In the cable connection device, a slit 33 for extending a cable therethrough which is along the extending direction of the cable in normal use is formed in one of the pair of leg pieces. The cable connection device further comprises a bush 24 capable of receiving the locking piece 23 and engageable with the fitting holes of the pair of leg pieces. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the certainty of operation of the opening/closing device for vehicles by improving the rotational detection accuracy of the output member. SOLUTION: An opening/closing device 21 for vehicles has a drive unit 28 provided with an electric motor and a speed reducer 26 and a drum 51 as an output member is fixed through a power transmission member 61 in the output shaft 36 of the drive unit 28. A magnet 83 fixed to the external peripheral end of a disc member 86 between the drum 51 and the gear case 32a of the reducer 26 and the magnet 83 is rotated together with the drum 51 by fixing the disc member 86 to the power transmission member 61. A sensor container is provided in the container case 47 fixed to the gear case 32a, the magnetic sensor is contained in the sensor container. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate fitting to a vehicle body by arranging door pulling cables parallelly at a guide rail by a folding roller so as to form an integral assembled member in a motor-driven sliding door for a vehicle. SOLUTION: A door body is fixedly supported to a sliding member 10 movably provided at a guide rail 3. An electric motor 7 and a winding drum 8 are mounted in a vehicle body, and cables 9 piercing a through hole 1e bored in the vehicle body are led parallelly to the guide rail 3 by guide rollers 5, 6 and a folding roller 4 at an end part and connected to a cable connecting part 10a of the sliding member 10. The cables 9 positioned between the winding drum 8 and the guide rollers 5, 6 are covered with flexible outer cables 11 and energized by springs 12 to absorb the slackness of the cables 9. The electric motor 7, cables 9, guide rail 3, sliding member 10, and the like are thereby constituted as an integral assembled member 13 and fitted to the vehicle body.
