Abstract: PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain the title film improved in heat insulating property, UV transmittance and long-term retentivity of light transmittance without detriment to its weathering resistance and transparency, by forming a dustproof resin film on at least either surface of a film made of a resin formed by mixing a vinyl chloride resin with a phosphate plasticizer, a UV absorber and hydrotalcite. CONSTITUTION:A resin composition formed by mixing 100pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin with 1-10pts.wt. phosphate plasticizer (e.g., tricresyl phosphate), a UV absorber [e.g., 2-(2'-hydroquinone-5'-methylphenyl)benzotriazole] and 1-15pts.wt. hydrotalcite of the formula (wherein A is an n-valent anion, 0 =40% at a wavelength of 340nm. A dustproof resin film of an acrylic resin, a fluorocarbon resin or the like is formed on at least either surface of this film.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a resin film prevented from causing plate out during film formation and having excellent weathering resistance, by mixing a vinyl chloride resin with an ultraviolet absorber and a specified hindered amine compound and forming the mixture into a film. CONSTITUTION:A resin film is formed from a mixture of 100pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin with 0.05-3pts.wt. condensate of N,N'-di(3-aminopropyl) ethylenediamine with 2,4-bis[N-butyl-N-(1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperidyl)amino]-6- chloro-1,2,5-triazine. When the amount of said condensate is smaller than 0.05pt.wt., no improvement in weathering resistance can be recognized. When this amount is larger than 3pts.wt., the obtained film undergoes bleeding; and when this film is used for covering a house or a tunnel, it is severely stained and its light transmittance is remarkably decreased undesirably because dusts etc. adhere to it through the bled sticky matter.

CONSTITUTION:A vinyl chloride resin which is a mixture of at least two vinyl chloride resins of different degrees of polymerization and has an average degree of polymerization in a mixed state of 1,000-1,600 is prepared by, e.g., a process comprising mixing 95-50pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin of a degree of polymerization of 1,100-1,500 with a vinyl chloride resin of a degree of polymerization of 500-1,100 and/or 5-50pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin of a degree of polymerization of 1,500-2,500. 100pts.wt. this vinyl chloride resin is mixed with 20-80pts. wt. plasticizer (e.g., dibutyl phthalate), and the resulting mixture is formed into a film to obtain the purpose agricultural flexible vinyl chloride resin film. This film can be suitably used for greenhouse cultivation in a cold district, covering materials for tunnels, etc.

The hindered amine compd. can be represented by the formula and an example thereof is poly[[6-(1,1,3,3-tetramethylbutyl)imino-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-diyl][(2,2, 6,6- tetramethyl-4-piperidyl)-imino]]. The hindered amine compd. is used in an am ount of 0.01pts.wt., pref. 0.05X2.0pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a vinyl chloride resin film for agricultural use having very excellent low-temperature impact resistance, by blending a benzophenone ultraviolet absorber with a vinyl chloride resin. CONSTITUTION:A resin film is obtd. by blending at least 1.5pts.wt. benzophenone ultraviolet absorber with 100pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin. If desired, said film may contain plasticizer, stabilizer and other additives such as lubricant, antioxidant, pigment, etc. If desired, a resin such as acrylic resin or epoxy resin may be applied to one side of the film to give a coat, thus imparting dustproofness. For example, a solvent soln. or an aq. emulsion of an acrylic resin compsn. is applied to the surface of the film by using a coater to form a coat of 1-5mu in thickness. The surface is dried to obtain a film having dustproofness imparted thereto.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the secondary processing property of a film, by moving two cutters to each other to start cutting the film at both its side edges at a prescribed angle thereto, to prevent the film from creasing or cambering. CONSTITUTION:When a film is fully wound as a roll, cutters 85, 85' are moved from positions X, X' to others Y,Y' along the width of the film to cut it off. At that time, driving forces are applied to the cutters 85, 85' while they are moved from the central part of the roll to its side edges or from the side edges to the central part. The angle of the cutting of the film to a reference line, at the beginning of the cutting, is set at 20-60 deg. to wind the film on a core well. If the angle is above the range of value, the film is badly wound. If the angle is below the range of value, a large waste is made from the film. Since the cut-off end of the film is shaped as M or V so that the end is symmetric when the film is wound on the core, the film does not crease or camber when it is unwound for use. The secondary processing property of the film is thus improved.
