Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a vinyl chloride resin film having extremely excellent weather resistance, by blending a phosphate ester obtd. by using an alcohol mixture in a specified ratio as a starting material. CONSTITUTION:An alcohol mixture consisting of not less than 50% xylenol, 10-50% ethyl phenol and 1-10% cresol is used as a starting material to produce a phosphate ester. 2-15pts.wt. phosphate ester is blended with 100pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin. Further, plasticizer, stabilizer, etc. are used according to purpose. A vinyl chloride resin film having excellent weather resistance can be obtd. from the resulting compsn.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a corrugated board material holding farm produce for a prolonged term by forming a freshness holding film by a laminated film, in which a water absorbing layer is interposed between a porous film and a backing film, and using the backing film side of the freshness holding film as the inner surface side of a corrugated board sheet. CONSTITUTION:A freshness holding film is shaped by a laminated film, in which a water absorbing layer is interposed between a porous film and a backing film, oxygen concentration and carbon dioxide gas concentration in a corrugated box are controlled, humidity in the corrugated box is controlled by the water absorbing layer and the formation of dewing water is prevented, and the direct contact of farm produce and the water absorbing layer is obviated by the porous film. A porous synthetic resin film or a film, in which the film is reinforced by liner paper, a nonwoven fabric or a woven fabric, is used as the porous film, and the maximum bore diameter is brought to 30mum or less-particularly it is brought to 15mum or less on agricultural foods. When the maximum bore diameter exceeds 30mum, it is not favorable because there is possibility in which a water absorbing polymer bleeds from the surface of a porous synthetic resin film.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain economical plaster for external use, said plaster has improved adhesion to skin and increased breathability by forming an adhesive layer containing medicines on one surface of the support of a laminated film which has a moisture-absorbing layer between an air-permeable synthetic resin film and another synthetic resin film of a specific pore size. CONSTITUTION:A laminated film comprising an air-permeating synthetic resin film, a moisture-absorbing layer and a porous synthetic resin film of less than 30mum maximum pore size is used as a support. The support is coated on the surface of the porous synthetic resin film with an adhesive layer containing medicines. If the oxygen permeability of said support is 2,000 to 200,000, preferably 4,000 to 50,000ml/m /24hr/atm, good effect of occlusive dressing technique manifests without any trouble in cutaneous respiration whereby the active ingredients are effectively absorbed into the living body.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a film superior in moisture permeability and gas permeability where sealing strength is improved with a film layer having the low melting point and a deformation of the film to be generated with sealing is prevented with a film layer having the high melding point, by providing film layers whose melting points are different from each other as a multi-layer and porous film. CONSTITUTION:A porous film comprised by orienting after film making by compounding a filling agent to thermoplastic resin/for melting is constituted of a resin composition of a layer (a) (a layer comprised of 80-250 pts.wt. filling agent on the basis of 100 pts.wt. polyolefin resin) and a layer (b) (a layer comprised of 100-900 pts.wt. filling agent on the basis of 100 pts.wt. thermoplastic resin and having the melting point falling within a range of an least 60 deg.C and not exceeding the Vicat softening point of the polyolefin resin of the layer (a)). Then the layer (b) is formed on one side or both sides of the layer (a) so that a thickness ratio (a/b) after orientation of the layers (a), (b) becomes 0.35-25. For example, high-density polyethylene and/or linear low-density polyethylene is used for the polyolefin resin of the layer (a). For example, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer or ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer is used for the thermoplastic resin of the layer (b).

Abstract: PURPOSE:To produce a porous film of a large surface opening by forming two resin compositions by mixing a polyolefin with a filler in two specified mixing ratios, melt-molding these two compositions into films to form a multilayer film and stretching this film. CONSTITUTION:A resin composition (A) is obtained by mixing a polyolefin resin (a) of an MI of 0.05-20g/10min (e.g. linear low-density PE) with a filler (b) (e.g. barium sulfate) of a mean particle diameter of 0.01-20mum, optionally surface-treated so that formula I (wherein X is the volume of component (b), and Y is the volume of component (a)) may be satisfied. Separately, component (a) is mixed with component (b) to obtain a resin composition (B). Component A and component B are laid in such a way that component A is laid on at least one side of component B and melt-molded into a film by coextrusion to obtain a film of an at least bilayer structure. This film is monoaxially or biaxially orientated to obtain the title film of a ratio of the thickness of the layer comprising component A to that of the layer comprising component B of 3.00-0.03.
