Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized radio communication device which improves convenience for operations by using an antenna that a user does. SOLUTION: This small-sized radio communication device performs processing that the user requests by executing application software. This small-sized radio communication device is equipped with a rod type antenna which extends in a specific direction and at least partially can be drawn out of or stored in the housing of the small-sized radio communication device, a 1st detector which detects position change of the antenna in the specific direction, and a 2nd detector which detects variation in the angle of rotation of the antenna rotated on an axis along the specific direction. The position change and variation in the angle of rotation that the 1st and 2nd detectors detect select correspond to two operations that the user does as to the application software.

SOLUTION: In this hinge structure, a guide member 25, a movable cam 27 to rotate with the guide member 25, and a coil spring 30 are provided between a first fixed cam 21 and a second fixed cam 24. In the first fixed cam 21, a first cam surface K1 is formed, and in the movable cam 27, a fourth cam surface K4 is formed. In the second fixed cam 24, a second cam surface K2 is formed, and in the guide member 25, a third cam surface K3 is formed. By means of the first and the fourth cam surfaces K1 and K4, a first rotation position is held, and area from the first rotation position to a third position opened over a second rotation position is also held. By means of the second and the third cam surfaces K2 and K3, the second rotation position is held.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of a folding electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: This folding electronic apparatus consists of a first device (210) and a second device (220). The first device (210) is openably and closably coupled by means of hinges (230) to the second device (220). The second device (220) has a control section to control the contents to be displayed by the liquid crystal display plate (310). The control section displays the images inverting the positional relation on the side near to the hinge (230) or the side distant therefrom of the image displayed on the liquid crystal display plate (310) according to the opening and closing operation of the first device (210). As a result, a user may be provided with the images existing in the correct positional relation before and after the opening and closing of the first device.
