Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical oxygen molecular sensor capable of changing measurement sensitivity freely. SOLUTION: This optical oxygen molecular sensor is produced by doping an organic pigment compound emitting light by excitation light on an oxygen transmitting polymer which is a functional polymer produced by bonding polymers having different oxygen transparencies at a required ratio. The functional polymer is a styrene-trifluoroethyl methacrylate copolymer (Poly-Stym- co-TFEMn) shown by formula (1), and the content ratio n/m is preferably 0

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pressure-sensitive coating with high levels of function which has a high sensitivity of oxygen to rapidly respond and not to be affected by a temperature variation, and allow easily forming an oxygen sensing film. SOLUTION: A sensor having functions for sensing oxygen and pressure, has a self-organizing function on a surface of a substrate and comprises a thin film formed from a luminous coloring matter by an excited light. The coloring matter having the functions for sensing oxygen and pressure, which has the self-organizing function, has a carboxyl group or a sulfone group. The substrate uses a metal oxide film, e.g. an aluminum oxide, a titanium oxide, an iron oxide, etc.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor capable of not only enhancing the timely and spatial resolution of the sensor using a temperature sensing film using a temperature indication material, but also manufacturing the sensor with desired sensitivity and resolution with good reproduction. SOLUTION: A temperature indication thin film makes a polymer carrying a temperature sensitive pigment a ultra-thin film by an LB method. The polymer carrying a temperature sensitive pigment can have oxygen impermeability, and further the thin film (pDDA layer) with the oxygen impermeability is desired to be provided on the outside of a ultra-thin film polymer carrying the temperature sensitive pigment.
