Abstract: PURPOSE:To carry out an impact load test safely and precisely by bringing a thrown solid into collision with an object to be tested at an accurate position at a set speed and securely preventing collision due to rebounding several times by catching solid after collision automatically. CONSTITUTION:A thrown solid acquisition device 1 which is provided with a pair of flaps 10 at an upper opening of an acquisition chamber 9 is mounted at a tip of an actuator which can move linearly, and a fixing device 2 of an object to be tested is fixed in the upper section of extension of an axial line of the linear movement and an acquisition device 3 to be fixed externally is fixed further in the upper direction. A thrown solid 5 is thrown by inertia to collide with an object 6 to be tested by stopping the emitted solid acquisition device 1 suddenly. The thrown solid 5 enters the acquisition chamber 9 when it rebounds and is acquired, and is acquired in an acquisition chamber 37 of the acquisition chamber to be fixed externally when it passes through it.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displacement amount-measuring apparatus having a mobile body and an optical laser displacement gage for measuring a dynamic displacement of the mobile body which has a wide displacement range where a move amount of the mobile body can be measured and has a high measurement resolving power for a move distance (displacement amount) for every predetermined time of the mobile body. SOLUTION: The apparatus has a mobile body, an inclined jig 1 set to the mobile body and having an inclined face U with a predetermined inclination in a move direction of the mobile body, an optical laser displacement gage 2 for measuring a distance to the inclined face U in accordance with a movement of the inclined jig 1 for every predetermined time, and an operation means 7 which calculates a difference of adjacent distances to the inclined face U for every predetermined time which are measured by the optical laser displacement gage 2 in accordance with a movement of the mobile body from one point to another point, multiplies each difference by a proportion coefficient corresponding to the predetermined inclination of the inclined face, and calculates a displacement amount for every predetermined time of the mobile body.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure load data with good efficiency and in large quantities by a method, wherein a plumb bob is made to fall freely on a coupled body and the load data which is loaded on a plurality of shock absorbing members is measured by each load meter. SOLUTION: When a plumb bob 1 falls freely on a base, for shock-absorbing device mounting, whose surface is kept horizontal, the plumb bob 1 applies a load in the x-axis direction with reference to the base 2 for mounting in a state where the coupling protruding part 1a of the plumb bob 1 is fitted to the recessed part of the base 2 for mounting. When an impact force with reference to shock absorbing device M1, M2 due to the fall of the plumb bob 1 is at a certain value or higher, respective pins 10 for limit load guarantee of the absorbing devices M1, M2 are broken, compressed load is given in the axial direction of respective members 6 for absorption with respect of to taps 5 of the absorbing devices M1, M2, and cracks are generated along grooves, which are formed on outer circumferential faces of the members 6 for absorption. Therefore, load level at of start destruction of the pins 10 can be suppressed to be low, and the destruction of the pins 10 progresses stably. As a result, a load which is applied to the members 6 for absorption can be kept nearly constant over a comparatively long time.

SOLUTION: This shock-absorbing device has a cylindrical shock-absorbing pipe body 1 with a plurality of grooves formed on the outer peripheral surface or inner peripheral surface at isometric spaces extending almost parallel with a center axis, a cylindrical holding pipe body 8 with one end side engaged with one end side of the shock-absorbing pipe body 1, a shaft body 3 positioned on the inner center axis of the shock absorbing pipe body 1 and inserted on one end side into one end side of the holding pipe body 8 via a sliding bearing 4, a limit load ensuring pin 5 for communicating one end side of the shock- absorbing pipe body 1, one end side of the holding pipe body 8 and one end side of the shaft body 3, a load jig 2 engaged with the other end side of the shock absorbing pipe body 1 and the other end side of the shaft body 3, and a first and a second fitting parts 6, 7 fitted to the free end side of the load jig 2 and the other end side of the holding pipe body 8 respectively.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a suspension device for a drop-type shock testing apparatus by which the point of time of the release of the suspension of a plumb hob can be controlled precisely. SOLUTION: The suspension device has a suspension part 9A, a hook 9B for suspension, which is shaft-supported by the suspension part 9A so as to be freely rotatable and which is coupled to a pin 5A installed at a plumb hob 5, a feed screw 13, a motor 12 which drives the feed screw 13, a controller 14 which controls the motor 12, a nut 16 which is screwed to the feed screw 13 so as to be moved linearly is provided, and a rod 17 which is attached between the nut 16 and the hook 9B for suspension. The feed screw 13 is driven by the motor 12, the nut 16 is moved, the hook 9B for suspension is turned, and the coupling of the hook 9B for suspension to the pin 5A at the plumb hob 5 is released.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a supersonic flutter stopping apparatus by which a flutter is stopped immediately so as to respond to the generation of the flutter at high speed and which can prevent an object to be tested from being damaged in the wind tunnel test of the object, to be tested, such as a wing model or the like in a supersonic region. SOLUTION: A flutter stopping plate 6 is installed at the front of an object 5, to be tested, so as to be capable of rising and laying down, and the flutter stopping plate 6 is normally maintained in a lain-down state against a spring 20 by a coupling device 7. Then, when a vibration amplitude sensed by a strain gage 8 reaches a set value set at a control device and the generation of a flutter is sensed, the coupling device 7 is operated, and the coupling of the flutter stopping plate 6 is released. Therefore, the flutter stopping plate is raised at high speed by the complex action of the spring 20 and a high-speed air current, and the flutter is stopped instantaneously.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a cantilever wing model with a fixed part of 100% or less from being damaged by controlling fixing conditions of a supporter with vibration damper for supporting a free end of a wing base by a detection signal from a response signal detector of the wing. CONSTITUTION:A 50%-fixed delta wing model 5 which is a test piece is attached to a wing model fixing attachment block 4. A controller 11 controls a solenoid valve 9 by a response signal 13 from a distortion gage 8 which detects an output/input control signal 12 of the wing 5 or a response of the wing 5. A support arm 7 of a supporter 6 with vibration damper fixed to the block 4 moves in parallel or opens/closes by 180 degrees by activation of an actuator to support or make a free end of a wing base of the wing 5 free. The controller 11 frees the arm 7 only during experimental data measurement, while otherwise the wing 5 supports the wing 5 from both sides to prevent its damage. If a flutter occurs during data measurement, the arm 7 is actuated by the signal 13 so as to absorb fluctuation energy of the wing 5 by the damper to prevent the wing 5 from being damaged.
