CONSTITUTION:Tetrafluoroethylene resin containing magnesium oxide is used as a material for an antifriction bearing holder. The material for the antifriction bearing holder is provided with wear resistant characteristics added by magnesium oxide to the tetrafluoroethylene resin which is a main mold material and has self lubrication, so that the material is excellent in wear resistance and lubrication even at an extremely low temperature.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a bearing from its seizure, by constituting either an outer ring or an inner ring of a bearing ring and loose ribs and forming a low friction layer on at least an inside surface of each loose rib. CONSTITUTION:An outer ring 4 comprises a bearing ring 8 and loose ribs 9 which are attached coming into contact with both side surfaces of the bearing ring 8. The loose rib 9 forms its internal diameter and external diameter smaller than the internal diameter and the external diameter of the bearing ring 8. The loose rib 9 is mounted so that it can freely move in the axial direction by guide pins 10 protrusively provided in the both side surfaces of the bearing ring 8. While the loose rib 9 forms on its internal peripheral surface and peripheral surface a low friction layer 11, causing friction resistance, generated in contact surfaces with the end surface of a roller 7 and with a device main unit 1, to be reduced.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve lubricating property, extend a service life and suppress heat generation by melting and removing glass fibers on the machined surface part of a bearing retainer made of a self-lubricating type material reinforced by adding glass fibers. CONSTITUTION:A partially processed material of a short cylindrical shape is formed with a glass fiber reinforced PTFE compound material formed by impregnating the PTFE having self-lubricating property into glass-woven cloth. Its outer circumference is then ground to a specified diameter and a number of pocket holes 2 are machined on its peripheral surface to form a bearing retainer 1. The bearing retainer 1 is then immersed in hydrofluoric acid to melt and remove glass fibers to a depth of PTFE layer necessary for working as a lubricant. Accordingly, since the glass fibers are not exposed on the surfaces of the pocket holes 2 down to an appropriate depth, lubricating property is improved, life is extended and heat generation is suppressed.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stress-testing method and a stress-testing apparatus for greatly improving the evaluation of a light material such as a compound material by allowing a stress state to be solved in a state of including the lamination structure of a shell-like specimen and end face treatment and obtaining the temperature dependency of the amount of permeation of helium. The displacement in a top section 2a of the dome section 2 is detected by a laser displacement meter 12. The shell-like specimen 1 is cooled to an arbitrary temperature via a partition board 18 that is cooled by an extremely low-temperature fluid supplied to a cooling chamber 22.     Abstract: PURPOSE:To increase the amount of a liquid having high liquid oxygen concentration and augment a driving force by separating liquid air into a liquid of high liquid oxygen concentration and another liquid of high liquid nitrogen concentration, and using the liquid of high liquid nitrogen as a cooling source for intake air after the decompression and temperature reduction thereof. CONSTITUTION:Liquid hydrogen 4 stored in a tank 1 installed on a flying body is pressurized and fed via a pump 2, and cools intake air 5 via an air condenser 3 and an air precooler 10. And then hydrogen 4 is supplied to an engine combustor 14. In the aforesaid constitution, liquid air 6 is separated into a liquid 8 of high liquid Oxygen concentration and another liquid 9 of high liquid nitrogen concentration via a separator 7. And the liquid 9 of high nitrogen concentration is decompressed by a throttle 18 and then an air partial condenser 20 in the upstream of the air condenser 3. According to the aforesaid system, the intake air 5 from an air duct 11 is cooled.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent separation of solid lubricant from organic material by forming a retainer by means of alternately laminating a solid lubricant impregnated organic material layer and a cloth-layer. CONSTITUTION:A cloth 7' impregnated with organic material like plastics, etc. and a sheet 8 made of organic material like plastics, etc. impregnated with molybdeniumdisulfide, graphite, etc. are wrapped alternately around a spindle 9' in a multilayer form until the desired thickness is achieved. While wrapping or after wrapping, both the cloth 7' and the sheet 8 are heated and pressurized together to become an integral construction. An obtained cylindrical laminated body is cut off vertically to the spindle at the desired intervals and then a retainer 4' can be formed by drilling pockets supporting balls in each cut-laminated body.
