Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for stabilizing sensor sensitivity characteristic, in a measurement using a chemical sensor, by rapidly solving the instability of the sensor sensitivity characteristic which is found early when starting the use of the chemical sensor by dipping the dry chemical sensor in a buffer solution as a storage solution and applying a measuring potential between a working electrode and a reference electrode. SOLUTION: When the use of the chemical is started, the dry chemical sensor is dipped in the buffer solution as the storage solution, and a two-stage initial processing operation is then performed, whereby the sensor sensitivity characteristic can be stabilized. The two-stage initial processing operation comprises applying a first initial processing potential having the same direction as the measurement potential and showing an absolute value larger than the measurement potential between the working electrode and the reference electrode for a first initial processing time followed by changing to a second initial processing potential equal to the measurement potential, and applying the second initial processing potential for a second initial processing time. Abstract: PURPOSE:To form an immobilized enzyme film with uniform thickness by developing a wafer and a solution of protein while cooling the both to equal to or lower than 15 deg.C when said wafer onto which said solution of protein is developed is rotated to form a thin film. CONSTITUTION:A photoresist solution is developed on a substrate 4 of sapphire having an ion sensor 5 of semiconductor field effect type thereon, and the substrate 4 is rotated at 3,000rpm for 30 seconds. Then, the substrate is pre-baked, exposed and developed with the use of a photomask, so that a part of a photoresist film 6 where an immobilized enzyme film 7 is to be formed is removed. Thereafter, 0.6ml PIPES buffer solution containing, e.g., 60mg/ml glucose oxidase, 15% bovine serum albumin and 1% glutaraldehyde is developed on the wafer. At this time, the buffer solution is 0 deg.C and the wafer is 4 deg.C. The wafer is immediately rotated at 2,000rpm for 30 seconds so that the solution is applied all over the surface of the wafer. After the enzyme film is completely crosslinked through one-hour reaction at 20 deg.C, the wafer is soaked in acetone, whereby the film 6 and the film 7 applied on the film 6 are removed. Thus, the film 7 having uniform thickness can be formed.

CONSTITUTION:A self-adhesive tape 2 portion provided on the cell 1 of a suction exudate collecting device is closely stuck to a skin 3, and a skin portion is sucked by a suction pump from a decompression suction port 4 via a spacer 5 provided on an opening section 7. The collected suction exudate 6 is exuded and brought into contact with electrodes 9 immediately before a liquid feed pipe 8. The electrical conductivity is measured, the measured value is monitored, the level of concentration can be measured. The electrodes 9 are installed into a double-circular shape, and the electrical conductivity of the exuded liquid can be measured in real-time. The electrodes 9 are made of platinum, gold, or carbon, and a platinum black electrode has good stability in particular.

The perfluorocarbon sulfonic acid resin film 5, which is the ion-exchange resin having perfluorocarbon as the skelton, has the limiting permeability, which excludes charged molecules and atoms. Therefore, the effect of the limiting permeability for high- concentration interference material is improved.

The constituting elements of this device are extremely simplified, the manufacturing cost is easily reduced, and it can be properly utilized as an expendable type. The liquid 4 can be collected by a simple action that the device is merely pressed to the skin face 5, and it is excellent in operability. CONSTITUTION:A layered self-adhesive tape 1 is provided on the seat surface of an equipment body 3 having a handle 2. Although a cutaneous horny layer is removed by repeating the contact of the layered self-adhesive tape 1 with a skin surface, the adhesive force is lowered when horny cells are adhesively bonded to the whole surface of the self-adhesive tape part. Therefore, the adhesive force is recovered by peeling the self-adhesive tape one layer by one layer. The self-adhesive tape can easily be peeled by holding a lug 4 by hand. Further, a heating device is provided in the equipment body, and the self-adhesive tape 1 is heated to a proper temperature to reduce the pain of a subject.
