PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal, a wireless portion power control method and a program for wireless portion power control, capable of suppressing power consumption in an out-of-service state. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal is provided with a communication service by performing wireless communication with a base station through a wireless portion 11. The wireless portion 11 includes a data transmission/reception means 111 for transmitting and receiving data to/from the base station by the wireless communication and a reception level measurement means 112 for measuring the reception level of radio waves of a frequency band transmitted from the base station so as to detect the base station to be a communicating party. The mobile terminal includes a presence-in-area determination means 12 for determining whether or not the mobile terminal is present inside the service area of the base station from the reception level measured by the reception level measurement portion 112, an altitude measurement means 13 for measuring the altitude at which the mobile terminal is positioned, and a power supply control means 14 for controlling power supply to the wireless portion 11 on the basis of a determined result by the presence-in-area determination means 12 and a measured result by the altitude measurement means 13. Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent a decrease in the opening rate of the color liquid crystal display device using a liquid crystal display board with an increase in the number of picture elements by coloring. CONSTITUTION:A white light emitting plasma unit 3 is inputted with a brightness signal and outputs the white light of the brightness meeting this bright signal. A TFT-LCD unit 1 is stuck atop this white light emitting plasma unit 3. The TFT-LCD unit 1 and the white light emitting plasma unit 3 are so stuck to each other that the respective picture elements of the former unit and the respective picture elements of the latter unit correspond in one to one to each other. The TFT-LCD unit 1 refracts the white light outputted from the white light emitting plasma unit 3 at the refractive index meeting the color signal and outputs the light as a color image.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To correct the variance of a threshold voltage by using a dual gate FET in a CMOS digital logic circuit to control the threshold voltage of a digital logic circuit externally. CONSTITUTION:A FETQ1 is of P-channel type and a FET Q2 is of N-channel type dual gate. In connecting a terminal 1 to a gate G of the Q1 and a gate G1 of the Q2, and a terminal 2 is connected to drains D1, D2. A terminal 3 is kept to a high potential and the terminal 2 is kept at a high potential then an input voltage causing equal drain-source resistor RDS of the Q1, Q2 is a threshold voltage Vth. In applying a low potential to the terminal 3, the Vth changes to a voltage V'th. Even when the level of the terminal 1 from a high potential to a low potential, the applied voltage to the terminal 3 is controlled. Through the constitution above, the variance in duplicated the Vth is corrected by the applied voltage of the control terminal to compensate the change in the Vth with respect to the temperature change and the circuit using the CMOS digital logic circuit is operated precisely.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make coincidence of an output of the image data for plural pixels with the timing of write-in of the image data for these pixels without a timing adjustment circuit, etc., by providing an auxiliary signal line formed parallel to respective first signal line groups within the range of both ends of a second signal line group. SOLUTION: A shift clock VCK deciding the scan timing of a gate driver 8 is supplied from an input end 9a being the nearest end part to the gate driver 8 in a dummy gate line 9 (8G0). The shift clock signal VCK' passing through the dummy gate line 9 (8G0) is supplied to a latch terminal 12 of a drain driver 7 as a latch signal LP. When a selection pulse is applied to gate lines 8G1-8Gy to which respective TFTs 2 are connected, respective TFTs 2 are turned on between with respective electrodes of the pixels 5 answering to drain lines 7D1-7Dx. Thus, the data applied to the drain lines 7D1-7Dx are written in the pixels.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal module driving device that can restrain unnecessary electromagnetic waves from a signal source for driving the liquid crystal module, and also than can easily change the connecting condition of the module gland and the signal-source glad. SOLUTION: Since a signal source 2 for driving a liquid crystal module 4 is housed in a conductive case made of a metal or the like, unnecessary electromagnetic waves from the signal source are restrained. The case is provided with a module fixing jig 3 for insertedly fixing the liquid crystal module 4, so that the gland electrode of the liquid crystal module 4 is easily and electrically connected to the gland electrode of the signal source 2. In the case where the respective electrodes of the glands are to be electrically separated from each other, it will do a nonconductive sheet is inserted. Thereby, the unnecessary electromagnetic wave characteristic taken the gland connection into consideration can be easily evaluated.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To stably start oscillation by constituting a circuit in such a way that a resistor for reducing power consumption inserted between the power source supply terminal of an inverter and a power source terminal is short- circuited for a prescribed time at the time of starting the oscillation. CONSTITUTION:The resistors R2 and R3 are short-circuited for the prescribed time corresponding to the time constant of a capacitor C3 and the resistor R4 by MOS transistors Q1 and Q2 at the time of starting the oscillation when a switch SW1 is turned on. Since a voltage between first and second power source terminals T1 and T2 is applied on the first and second power source supply terminals of the inverter 1 as it is, the voltage between the terminals T1 and T2 i.e., an oscillation start voltage can be reduced compared with a conventional one, which starts the oscillation stably even in a low voltage power source.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a failure information management system which can collect when occurrence of a failure of a portable terminal device, information effective for analysis of the failure without a significant rise of load. SOLUTION: When the failure occurs in the portable terminal device 2, failure information containing at least the model name of the portable terminal device 2, the content of the failure, and the state of the failure occurrence part is transmitted to the failure information management server 3 as a failure occurrence report. The failure information management server 3 periodically transmits, upon receipt of the failure occurrence report, a broadcast message for instructing a collection start condition of detailed data for analysis of the failure occurring in the portable terminal device 2 from a base station 6 covering the area where the portable terminal device 2 is present through a broadcast message center 4. The portable terminal device 2 starts collection of detailed data for failure analysis according to the collection start condition instructed by the received broadcast message, and transmits, when the next failure occurs, the collected detailed data to the failure information management server 3 as failure analysis information. PURPOSE:To make interlace display possible with improved resolution without raising a cost. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 5 supplies the shift clock VCK of 2-fold frequency of horizontal synchronizing signals to a vertical driver 4 and drives the vertical driver 4 continuously in two lines during one horizontal period by the shift clock VCK. When the display of a first field is completed, the video signals of the first field for 240 lines are written in the vertical 480 lines of a liquid crystal display panel 1 two by two lines per each line. The control circuit 5 supplies the timing of a start pulse VSP supplied to the vertical driver 4 at the time of displaying the video signals of a second field for one clock of shift clock earier than the time of displaying the first field.
