Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transferring device which can be clearly visually recognized and assembled easily and rapidly in comparison with a conventional device so that transfer can be carried out rapidly and sanitarily, and which can be easily sealed and has a simple construction and small dimensions, thereby reducing the possibility of poor contact with materials. SOLUTION: The quick lock device includes a mounting member comprising a hole, a part having a proximal end mountable to a container, a piercing end, and a pouring mouth member including a tube having an outer surface which can be mounted to a hole portion of the mounting part in the axial direction thereof so as to form surfaces to be connected with each other. Further, a lock assembly is provided to fix the mounting member to the pouring mouth member at a location where the piercing end pierces a hole in a container. Further, a seal member is disposed between the lock assembly and the piercing end to seal a tube and a hole portion so that the connected surfaces on the downstream side including the lock assembly are maintained in a clean state substantially free from fluid materials.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for dispensing dual-component liquids or concentrates packaged in separate compartments to prevent effects of oxidation and moisture loss. SOLUTION: In the method for dispensing beverage products, the liquids or concentrates can be dispensed through a pumping system, preferably including a peristaltic pump, mixed together, or selectively diluted with another liquid, such as water, to provide a consumable beverage. SOLUTION: The liquid or the concentrated liquid is distributed through a pumping system, preferably including a peristaltic pump, blended together or diluted with another liquid, such as water, alternatively, and it can offer a consumable beverage. Furthermore, this apparatus can be used to distribute a plurality of the liquids or the concentrated liquids having different viscosity such that these are blended together at a suitable ratio. The device includes a fitment member (30) comprising a portion having a bore and a base end capable of being attached to a container and a spout member (20) comprising a piercing end (21) and a portion of tube having an outer surface capable of mating in axial relationship with the portion of bore of the fitment member (30) so as to form mating surfaces. The device preferably has a locking assembly adapted to lock the fitment and spout members together in a position whereby the piercing end is in piercing engagement with the container. The device also includes at least one sealing member is arranged to seal the portion of tube and the portion of bore in a position between the locking assembly and the piercing end (21) so as to leave the mating surfaces downstream including the locking assembly substantially cleansed of the flowable material.
