    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a casein micelle compounded with a fluoride capable of being used as a therapeutic agent for dental diseases. SOLUTION: This casein micelle compounded with a fluoride is obtained by using a milk obtained from an animal such as a cow and a goat, or a fraction of the milk containing micelle casein as a solution containing the micelle casein, adding at least 100ppm soluble fluoride salt (e.g. sodium fluoride) to the solution, and isolating the casein micelle compounded with the fluoride. Preferably, the fluoride slat is mixed with the solution at 5-70 deg.C for 1min-5hr to accelerate the compounding of the fluoride with the micelle casein. In order to produce the micelle casein compounded with the fluoride maintaining micelle structure thereof, 100-2000ppm soluble fluoride salt can be added to the solution. The micelle casein compounded with the fluoride is added to a food or a medicine, and used for the prevention and treatment of a plaque, a tooth caries, diseases of the root of a tooth and a hyperesthesia of a tooth by the oral administration.

    Abstract: A container is sealed by applying an intermediate membrane of gas- permeable microporous plastics, extracting headspace gas through the membrane and applying a final barrier membrane. The headspace is pref. filled with inert gss after extrn. to restore atmospheric pressure. The method enhances shelf life by removing headspace oxygen and eliminates the need for wasteful gas flushing. The intermediate membrane is pref. of polypropylene with 2-5 microns pore dia. and air porosity of 1000-2000 cc/min. Gas is pref. extracted from the headspace by mechanically deforming the membrane into the headspace and/or applying suction using the same for vacuum appln. and delivery of inert gas.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transferring device which can be clearly visually recognized and assembled easily and rapidly in comparison with a conventional device so that transfer can be carried out rapidly and sanitarily, and which can be easily sealed and has a simple construction and small dimensions, thereby reducing the possibility of poor contact with materials. SOLUTION: The quick lock device includes a mounting member comprising a hole, a part having a proximal end mountable to a container, a piercing end, and a pouring mouth member including a tube having an outer surface which can be mounted to a hole portion of the mounting part in the axial direction thereof so as to form surfaces to be connected with each other. Further, a lock assembly is provided to fix the mounting member to the pouring mouth member at a location where the piercing end pierces a hole in a container. Further, a seal member is disposed between the lock assembly and the piercing end to seal a tube and a hole portion so that the connected surfaces on the downstream side including the lock assembly are maintained in a clean state substantially free from fluid materials.
