Abstract: A vehicle body structure (12) includes a first structural member (34) extending in a vehicle lateral direction and a second structural member (30) extending in a vehicle longitudinal direction. The second structural member (30) is connected to the first structural member (34). An off-center impact structure (14) is connected to at least one of the first structural member (34) and the second structural member (30). The off-center impact structure has a contact surface (14c). The contact surface (14c) is laterally spaced from the other of the first structural member (34) and the second structural member (30).
