Abstract: A cold-resistant, gas-impermeable, laminated, 2-dimensional body (I) is claimed, contg. a PV-alcohol resin layer (PVAL layer A) contg. 15-50 wt.% polyol plasticiser (II), with a rubber layer (B) laminated on at least one side. Pref. a vapour- and plasticiser-impermeable resin layer (C) is laminated between (A) and (B) and, pref., a metal coating (D) is laminated onto the side of (C) which faces towards (A); (A) consists of partly or completely hydrolysed PVAC or hydrolysed EVA copolymer; (II) is glycerol, ethylene glycol or propylene glycol, and (I) contains 20-40 wt.% (II); (B) consists of nitrile, butyl, chloroprene, or styrene rubber; layer thicknesses are 50-20000 (pref. 300-1500) microns (A), 0.2-2 mm (B) and 5-50 microns (C); (C) consists of PE, PP, PVF, PVDF, TFE/HFP copolymer, or unplasticised, hydrolysed EVA copolymer, pref. a fluoro-resin or PVAL; (D) is a layer of Al; rubber and resin layers are laminated by vulcanising, using an adhesive formulation (III) which is vulcanisable with rubber; (C) is laminated after corona discharge treatment on both sides; (A) is bonded with an isocyanate adhesive. USE/ADVANTAGES - (I) is useful for the prodn. of membranes for use in storage elements (e.g. contg. brake fluid).

Abstract: PURPOSE:To suppress formation of metallic oxide film on the inner surface by reducing the oxygen content in the vicinity of the inner surface of a shell or a cylinder and an oil port or an end cover in welding the oil port or the end cover. CONSTITUTION:A shell material 11 arranged inside a bladder 20 is loaded in a recessed part of a lower die 32, an oil port 14 is suspended by a holding member 31, an upper die 33 is approached toward the lower die 32, and an accumulator stock is manufactured by reducing an oil port mounting opening 11a of the shell stock 11 and by abutting a base expanded part 14c of the oil port. The upper die 33 is moved upward, a gas suppying tube 34 is inserted into a liquid chamber 11B and the inert gas is filled therein. Under this condition, the oil port 14 is welded to the oil port mounting opening 11a. The method for welding the end cover to a cylinder where the piston to partition the gas chamber and the liquid chamber is arranged in the inner space is executed in a similar process.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of crack, wrinkle, etc., in the time of manufacturing a bladder even when it forms a complicated shape by forming a bladder use metal thin film by plating on a plating mold, able to dissolve in a solvent, to be taken out thereafter by dissolving only the plating mold. CONSTITUTION:A bladder 4 forms a structure such that a metal thin film 4a of metal material of nickel or the like holds in its internal surface a bladder main unit 4b, consisting of elastic material of rubber or the like, in a sandwich shape. When the bladder 4 is manufactured, first a plating mold 20, which is able to dissolve in a solvent forming a shape agreeing with the shape of the metal thin film 4a required for the base material, is formed by molding work using a press or the like. Next applying nickel plating onto the plating mold 20 in such a manner as obtaining a desired film thickness, the metal thin film 4a is formed. Subsequently dissolving only the plating mold 20 by sodium hydroxide liquid, the metal thin film of nickel is taken out.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To aim at improvement in working efficiency by forming several streaks thinner than other parts on the surface of a metal foil, and thereafter, baking and sticking the metal foil to a bladder main body so as to divide the metal foil into plural pieces. CONSTITUTION:A metal foil 3 with streaks 5 engraved thereon is baked and stuck to a bladder main body 2 made of elastic rubber. The baking and sticking of the metal foil 3 to the bladder main body 2 results in cracks on the streaks 5 part of the metal foil 3 so that the metal foil 3 is divided into plural pieces along the streaks 5. With this constitution, transmission quantity of N2 gas can be always kept at a constant value. In addition, working efficiency in manufacture can be improved.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent pressure decrease in a gas chamber by constituting a bladder of a polyvinyl alcohol resin having a gas permeation resistance as well as including 15-50wt.% of polyole platicizing agent and a rubber resilient layer provided on one side thereof. CONSTITUTION:A rubber resin layer 11 is laminated by means of an adhesive agent so as to constitute a bladder 2, on both sides of resin layer 12 made of polyvinyl alcohol resin having gas permeation resistance while including 15-50wt. of polyole placiticizer such as glyceline. This constitution prevents pressure decrease in a gas chamber (a) due to its gas permeation resistance.
