    Abstract: An apparatus and method is disclosed, in which the apparatus comprising means for: estimating or determining a future communications state for each of a plurality a mobile devices K associated with a base station, the future communications state being indicative of the mobile device communicating in an uplink to a base station or in a downlink from the base station at a future time slot t or being idle and also determining a target position of at least one of the mobile devices, based at least partly on its estimated communication state, for enabling re-positioning of said at least one mobile device to the determined target position substantially at said future time slot t.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to device, method, apparatus and computer readable storage media of reactive jamming detection. The method comprises in accordance with a determination that an interference to the first device is to be detected, determining at least one set of actual receiving powers at the first device on a bandwidth and a frequency of a channel associated with a transmission of the first device within a time interval; determining at least one set of reference receiving powers at the first device on the bandwidth and the frequency; and in accordance with a determination that a difference between the at least one set of reference receiving powers and the at least one set of actual receiving powers exceeds a threshold difference, determining the first device is interfered by reactive jamming. In this way, the malicious device that does not respect the LBT procedure in unlicensed bands can be recognized and meanwhile the devices using a different technology while respecting the LBT procedure can be allowed to access the channel.

    Abstract: Examples of the disclosure relate to receiver apparatus and corresponding transmitter apparatus that can be configured in different operational states at different times. An example receiver apparatus comprises a plurality of downconverting means for downconverting separate antenna signals, one or more analog to digital converters, and one or more multiplexing means configurable in at least a first configuration and a second configuration. When the multiplexing means is configured in the first configuration the plurality of downconverting means and the one or more analog to digital converters are configured to enable separate antenna signals to be combined to provide hybrid beamforming or analog beamforming. The hybrid beamforming or analog beamforming can be provided across the bandwidth of the apparatus. When the multiplexing means is configured in the second configuration the plurality of downconverting means and the one or more analog to digital converters are configured to enable separate antenna signals to be used to enable digital beamforming. The digital beamforming can be provided across a sub-section of the bandwidth.
