Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide microarray having a reaction part of high uniformity. SOLUTION: A plurality of grooves 12 extending almost in parallel to each other are formed to a substrate 11 comprising a silicon wafer, by using a photolithographic process due to a semiconductor process. Next, an alcohol solution of aminosilane is supplied to the end parts of the grooves 12 in a liquid droplet state by a dispensing mechanism, such as a dispensing nozzle 14. The alcohol solution is introduced into the grooves 12 upon the contact with the substrate 11 by the capillary phenomenon due to surface tension. After drying, a PSB of a bifunctional crosslinking agent dissolved in water is further brought into contact with the substrate 11. Thereafter, oligonucleoside 13, having an amino group added thereto being a probe, is brought into contact with the end parts of the grooves 12 by the dispensing nozzle 14 to be introduced into the grooves 12. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens driving device for driving a frame member to advance/retreat, whose sliding resistance is made small and which realizes miniaturization. SOLUTION: The camera 1 incorporates the lens driving device and a lens frame unit 7 having a photographic optical system and a CCD, and the lens driving device is provided to drive a 2nd group frame 72 holding a 2nd group lens so as to advance/retreat and has a half nut 82 having a female screw thread part and turnably supported by a sleeve 81 for the guide shaft of the 2nd group frame 72, and a nut pawl 83 having a female screw thread part and turnably supported by the half nut. The half nut 82 and the nut pawl 83 are held on and screwed in the outside diameter part of a feed screw shaft 103. Since the half nut 82 and the nut pawl 83 are turnably supported, unnatural force does not act on the screwed part even when positional deviation between the guide shafts 75 and 76 and the feed screw shaft 103 is caused, and the frame 72 is smoothly driven to advance/retreat. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera whose thickness in a direction parallel to an incident light axis (first optical axis) of light of an object is thin and which can be made small. SOLUTION: A lens barrel 10 having a prism 33 for refracting luminous flux of the object downward, an electric substrate unit 5 and a power supply unit 6 arranged to the left and right of the lens barrel 10, an LCD unit 9 disposed at the rear side of the lens barrel 10, and a switch substrate 58 disposed at an upper part of the LCD unit 9 are incorporated in the electronic camera 1 while being covered with front and rear covers 2 and 3. The LCD unit 9 has a light guide plate 17 whose thickness reduces downward, and the lens barrel 10 has a CCD 55 projecting backward at a lower side and a CCD substrate 56. A CCD side being a projecting side of the lens barrel 10 is arranged oppositely to a side where the thickness of the LCD unit 9 is thin to be housed in the camera so that the camera can be made thinner.
