    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide microarray having a reaction part of high uniformity.
    SOLUTION: A plurality of grooves 12 extending almost in parallel to each other are formed to a substrate 11 comprising a silicon wafer, by using a photolithographic process due to a semiconductor process. Next, an alcohol solution of aminosilane is supplied to the end parts of the grooves 12 in a liquid droplet state by a dispensing mechanism, such as a dispensing nozzle 14. The alcohol solution is introduced into the grooves 12 upon the contact with the substrate 11 by the capillary phenomenon due to surface tension. After drying, a PSB of a bifunctional crosslinking agent dissolved in water is further brought into contact with the substrate 11. Thereafter, oligonucleoside 13, having an amino group added thereto being a probe, is brought into contact with the end parts of the grooves 12 by the dispensing nozzle 14 to be introduced into the grooves 12. Subsequently, after subjecting it to reaction the probe is set to solid phase and a reaction part that reacts with a target substance is formed.
