Abstract:
An ultrasound diagnostic apparatus includes: an ultrasound transducer (12) including two-dimensionally arranged vibration elements; a beam former (23) that drives the ultrasound transducer (12) to perform three-dimensional scanning and that acquires ultrasound data of a three-dimensional space; a delay calculating circuit (24) sets scan conditions of the beam former (23); a graphic circuit (27) that generates an ultrasound slice image of a predetermined cut surface from the ultrasound data of the three-dimensional space; and a CPU (29) that causes the delay calculating circuit (24) to change the scan conditions according to the cut surface set at a desired position.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protector for an endoscope which protects an insertion part from an external shock, which can be fitted to insertion parts of different outer diameters and which prevents the insertion part from being damaged when the protector is mounted to the insertion part. SOLUTION: The protector 1 for an endoscope is provided with a pair of openable and closable half cylinder parts 4 and 5. The half cylinder parts 4 and 5 are provided with: a protection member 2 which is constituted cylindrically in a closed state and which covers the distal end side of the insertion part 11 including the distal end face of the insertion part 11 of the endoscope 10; holding members 3 which are provided on the inner peripheral surfaces 4a and 5a of the pair of half cylinder parts 4 and 5 and which have prescribed elastic force for holding the insertion part 11 in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the insertion part 11 in a closed state; and engaging parts 7 holding the closed state of the half cylinder parts 4 and 5 when the pair of half cylinder parts 4 and 5 are constituted in the closed state.
