Abstract:
An endoscope and a treatment instrument of the present invention include: a rod-like insertion portion that can be inserted into a subject; an electrodeposition portion located on at least part of a surface of the insertion portion and configured to store an electric charge or take an electric charge to electrodeposit an electrically charged substance; and a connection portion including one end electrically connected to the electrodeposition portion and another end electrically connected to one of a direct current power source and a static electricity generation apparatus in order to apply a voltage to the electrodeposition portion or in order to cause the electrodeposition portion to take an electric charge.
Abstract:
A puncture treatment instrument for endoscope of the invention includes: a concave portion in a concave shape with an opening on a distal end side and a bottom surface on a proximal end side, a depth of the concave portion from a distal end to the bottom surface being a first distance; a holding portion with a distal end side adjacent to a proximal end of the concave portion, the holding portion being made of an elastic material that allows insertion of a needle; a puncture needle with a distal end stuck into the holding portion and a proximal end exposed from the holding portion, a full length of the puncture needle being longer than a distance from a proximal end of the holding portion to a distal end of the concave portion; and a barb formed within the first distance from the distal end on a surface of the puncture needle, the barb stopping retraction of the puncture needle by being caught by the bottom surface of the concave portion when the puncture needle is retracted after the puncture needle is advanced to project into the concave portion from the holding portion.
Abstract:
An ultrasound diagnostic apparatus includes: an ultrasound transducer (12) including two-dimensionally arranged vibration elements; a beam former (23) that drives the ultrasound transducer (12) to perform three-dimensional scanning and that acquires ultrasound data of a three-dimensional space; a delay calculating circuit (24) sets scan conditions of the beam former (23); a graphic circuit (27) that generates an ultrasound slice image of a predetermined cut surface from the ultrasound data of the three-dimensional space; and a CPU (29) that causes the delay calculating circuit (24) to change the scan conditions according to the cut surface set at a desired position.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture needle capable of diagnosis of a tissue even if the tissue or a body fluid can not be collected, and an ultrasonic endoscope with this puncture needle. SOLUTION: The puncture needle 3 has an edge surface 33A on the distal end side to puncture a subject, and an optical observation means 41 near the distal end for observing the outside of the distal end. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic endoscope for reducing a diameter without deteriorating strength in the pipe part of an ultrasonic transducer part which is arranged by insertion to a tip end hard part. SOLUTION: The pipe part 23 of a holder 20A is arranged by insertion to the holder arrangement hole 7c of a hard member 7A, and provided with a large diameter pipe part 23a and a small diameter pipe part 23b. An insulation tube 32 is fixed for communication to the proximal end of the small diameter pipe part 23b. The large diameter pipe part 23a includes: a peripheral groove 24b with an O ring 33 arranged therein, in addition to a peripheral projection 24a; and a fluid duct 25 communicating with a fluid injection port 25a. A tube connection cap 34 is disposed in an opening 25b at the proximal end side of the fluid duct 25. A fluid injection tube 35 is fixed by communication to the tube connection cap 34. The pipe part 23 is disposed at the prescribed position of the holder arrangement hole 7c, so that the ultrasonic endoscope 1 is constituted, wherein the part of the proximal end surface of the peripheral projection 24a is opposed to a tip end surface 7b so as to provide a groove for attaching a balloon. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope which contributes improvement of operability of replacement and repair of a treatment implement channel while suppressing the increase of sizes of an operation part and the increase of a diameter of an insertion part while having configuration where manual irrigation can be carried out from an irrigation port by a syringe etc. by providing the irrigation port for carrying out irrigation to a balloon at an operation part and putting and arranging an irrigation conduit through the insertion part in the endoscope. SOLUTION: The endoscope comprises the long and thin insertion part 1 to be inserted to a body cavity and the operation part 2 connected with the insertion part, and the endoscope is provided with an opening 18 for a treatment implement and an opening 25 for a fluid at the distal end of the insertion part. The operation part is provided with: a fluid conduit hand-side opening part 25 of a fluid conduit communicated with the opening for the fluid and a treatment implement conduit hand-side opening part 29 of a treatment implement conduit communicated with the opening for the treatment implement. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forceps plug for an endoscope, eliminating the attachment and detachment work for the forceps plug through a treatment tool insert opening in every use of the treatment tool to lessen burden on an operator and reduce the inspection time. SOLUTION: This forceps plug 3 is composed of an outer facing member 3a, an air-tight closing member 3b and a treatment tool contacting member 3c. The outer facing member 3a is provided with a mouthpiece fitting part 31 disposed in a mouthpiece part 28 provided in an ultrasonic endoscope 2 and an operating part fitting part 30. A first projecting part 36a and a second projecting part 36b are formed in an internal space part 34. The second projecting part 36 is a projecting part for preventing the forceps plug from slipping off the mouthpiece part 28. The air-tight blocking member 3b is provided with a blocking part 37c having a slit 37b. The forceps plug 3 is pressed into be integrally disposed on the mouthpiece part 28. In such disposition state, the treatment tool can be freely inserted and removed through the forceps plug 3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
