    Abstract: L'invention concerne une composition cosmétique pour les yeux, non moussante et utilisable pour l'élimination des maquillages du type "waterproof" et "non waterproof". Cette composition est caractérisée par le fait qu'elle est constituée de deux phases distinctes, une phase inférieure ou phase aqueuse contenant au moins un agent tensio-actif et une phase supérieure ou phase huileuse comprenant au moins une huile cosmétique, le rapport pondéral entre la phase inférieure et la phase supérieure étant compris entre 30/70 et 60/40 et la concentration en agent tensio-actif étant comprise entre 0,1 et 3% en poids par rapport au poids total de la composition. La présente invention apporte une solution au problème du démaquillage des yeux en proposant, pour la première fois, une composition susceptible d'éliminer indifféremment les maquillages du type "water proof" et "non waterproof" d'une manière particulièrement efficace et dans des conditions très satisfaisantes quant aux propriétés cosmétiques.

    Abstract: Perfuming composition having an aqueous phase and possessing a high concentration of perfume, containing: a) vesicles which are obtained from at least one nonionic lipid derived from a polyglycerol, linear or branched, combined with a stabilizing agent present in the proportion of 1 to 10% by weight relative to the lipid, the vesicles having an average diameter of between 0.01 mu and 1 mu and the lipids constituting the vesicles representing 0.2 to 4% by weight of the total composition; and b) a perfume in the form of droplets having an average diameter of between 0.1 mu and 1 mu and being present in the composition in amounts between 3 and 20% by weight relative to the total composition, the total ratio of the lipid(s) of the vesicles to the perfume being between 0.05 and 0.2.
