Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a charge/discharge cell by storing hydrogen by electrolyzing water with a hydrogen storage substance serving as a negative electrode. CONSTITUTION:Palladium, improving hydrogen storage, is used for a cathode, with a conductive substance serving as an anode, and after hydrogen is stored in the palladium by electrolyzing water by a DC power supply, the DC power supply is demounted. Thus by using only water with the palladium serving as a negative electrode, a charge/discharge system hydrogen cell can be obtained.
