Abstract:
A blood test device (21) ensuring successful measurement wherein fingers scarcely slip out from the blood test device and blood never sticks to other sites in the course from the puncture of the patient's skin to the completion of the blood test. This blood test device (21) comprises a cartridge (24) in which sensors (23) pooling blood oozing out from the punctured skin are stored in a layered state, a transport unit transporting a single sensor sheet (23) from the inside of the cartridge (24) to the outside, a holder (25) holding the transported sensor (23), a laser emitting unit (26) puncturing the skin in the state where the sensor (23) is held by the holder (25), and a pump (28) keeping the inside of the holder (25) and the inside of the cartridge (24) under negative pressure.
Abstract:
A compact biosensor cartridge in which biosensors can be so set with simple operation that they can be tested one by one and which protects the biosensors from moisture until they are set. A biosensor dispensing device is also disclosed. A biosensor cartridge (6) to be installed in a biosensor dispensing device (1) has therein a pushing member (31) and a pushing rotating member (34) both used as sensor send-out means for sending out the biosensors (10) stacked in a case one by one and ejecting the sensor (10) through a sensor ejecting port (26) opened at the case. With this, the biosensors (10) are discharged to outside the case when the sensor sending out means is driven by a sensor sending out mechanism outside the biosensor cartridge (6). The biosensor cartridge (6) is made small and thinner.
Abstract:
A measuring system according to the present invention comprises a biosensor 2, a measuring device 1 being capable of assaying a specified component in a biological sample applied to the sensor 2 as dotted with high accuracy, and an optional device 22 which notifies a measuring procedure or a measurement result in the measuring device 1 by voice or the like by being combined with the measuring device 1. According to the so-constructed measuring system, even a weak-sighted person or those unfamiliar with handling of the device can perform measurement accurately and recognize a measurement result. Further, even when plural users require a voice function, only the measuring device which manages measurement data has to be held by each person, and the optional device can be shared, thereby reducing user's economical burden. When a voice output part has a breakdown, only the optional device has to be repaired and exchanged, and the measuring device can be used continuously, thereby enhancing convenience for a user.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for improving operability of exchanging a puncture needle with respect to a puncture instrument for blood collection. SOLUTION: The puncture instrument for blood collection includes: a puncture needle cartridge 18 wherein a plurality of puncture needles 5 are arranged; and a puncture instrument 1 for blood collection for separating the puncture needles 5 from the puncture needle cartridge 18. The the puncture needle 5 provided in the puncture needle cartridge 18 has: an engaging recess part (central recess part 5b). The puncture instrument 1 for blood collection includes a puncture needle holding rod with a puncture needle loading chamber 10 for loading the puncture needles 5; and a puncture needle holding claw 26 to engage with the engaging recess part (central recess part 5b) of the puncture needle 5 in a state where the puncture needle 5 is held by the puncture needle holding rod. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there is the risk of erroneously emitting a laser beam. SOLUTION: The laser puncture device including a casing 12, a puncture opening 13 provided on one part of the casing 12, a laser puncture unit 26 provided facing the puncture opening 13 and an electric circuit part 17 for controlling the laser puncture unit 26, is provided with a negative pressure chamber 14 provided between the puncture opening 13 and the laser puncture unit 26, and a negative pressure means 16 connected to the negative pressure chamber 14 and connected to the electric circuit part 17, and has a shutter 15 for interrupting the laser beam 26h radiated from the laser puncture unit 26 when an atmospheric pressure inside the negative pressure chamber 14 and the atmospheric pressure of outdoor air are roughly equal and making the laser beam 26h radiated from the laser puncture unit 26 pass through when the atmospheric pressure inside the negative pressure chamber 14 is lower than the atmospheric pressure of the outdoor air.
