Abstract:
A measuring device comprises a sensor holding part (10) for removably holding a sensor having an electrode terminal at its one end, a connection terminal (14) elastically brought into contact with the electrode terminal of the sensor to take out a signal necessary for analysis, an ejecting mechanism having a push-out member (11) which is so disposed as to be pushed out from the device body and adapted to eject the sensor held by the sensor holding part (10) in a state that the electrode terminal of the sensor is in elastic contact with the connection terminal (14) while disconnecting the electrode terminal of the sensor from the connection terminal (14) and pushing the sensor out, and ejecting the sensor from the sensor holding part (10), and a first brake part (13) which comes in elastic contact with the sensor when the sensor is pushed out by the ejection mechanism and brakes the movement of the sensor in the ejection direction. With this, the sensor can be ejected from the measuring device after the sample measurement without touching the sensor to which a sample is stuck, the operability is improved, and infective diseases are prevented.

A medication administering device (11) has mounted thereto a preparation syringe (15) containing a preparation, allows administration of a preparation to a living body, etc., and comprises a substantially cylindrical syringe cover (14) that supports the preparation syringe (15) on the inner peripheral face side, a piston (22) that presses on the rear end of the preparation syringe (15), and a piston case (26) that surrounds the piston (22), that guides the outer peripheral face of the syringe cover (14) in the direction of the piston (22) on the substantially cylindrical inner peripheral face side, and that is mounted in a state in which the syringe cover is (14) removable. The medication administering device comprises a syringe holder (21) that guides the outer peripheral face of the preparation syringe in the direction of the piston on the cylindrical inner peripheral face side, and whose outer peripheral face is removably fitted together with the inner peripheral face of the syringe cover (14). A medication administering device (320) comprises a syringe cover (323) for mounting a preparation syringe (15) to a main body, and has uneven faces of different angles of inclination on the end face of the syringe cover (323). A medication administering device (420) comprises a distal end cap (424) that is removably fitted together with the main body, and moves in conjunction with a syringe cover (423) during attachment to the main body.
Abstract:
A compact biosensor cartridge in which biosensors can be so set with simple operation that they can be tested one by one and which protects the biosensors from moisture until they are set. A biosensor dispensing device is also disclosed. A biosensor cartridge (6) to be installed in a biosensor dispensing device (1) has therein a pushing member (31) and a pushing rotating member (34) both used as sensor send-out means for sending out the biosensors (10) stacked in a case one by one and ejecting the sensor (10) through a sensor ejecting port (26) opened at the case. With this, the biosensors (10) are discharged to outside the case when the sensor sending out means is driven by a sensor sending out mechanism outside the biosensor cartridge (6). The biosensor cartridge (6) is made small and thinner.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for improving operability of exchanging a puncture needle with respect to a puncture instrument for blood collection. SOLUTION: The puncture instrument for blood collection includes: a puncture needle cartridge 18 wherein a plurality of puncture needles 5 are arranged; and a puncture instrument 1 for blood collection for separating the puncture needles 5 from the puncture needle cartridge 18. The the puncture needle 5 provided in the puncture needle cartridge 18 has: an engaging recess part (central recess part 5b). The puncture instrument 1 for blood collection includes a puncture needle holding rod with a puncture needle loading chamber 10 for loading the puncture needles 5; and a puncture needle holding claw 26 to engage with the engaging recess part (central recess part 5b) of the puncture needle 5 in a state where the puncture needle 5 is held by the puncture needle holding rod. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medication administering device which injects a preparation into a living body and can allow a preparation syringe to be mounted in a simple and reliable manner.SOLUTION: A medication administering device 111 has, mounted thereon, a preparation syringe 15 containing a preparation 29 and administers the preparation 29 to a living body. The medication administering device 111 includes a syringe cover 14, a piston 43, and a syringe holder 21. The syringe cover 14 is a substantially cylindrical member that holds the preparation syringe 15 on the inner peripheral surface side thereof and is detachable. The piston 43 presses a rear end of the preparation syringe 15. The syringe holder 21 includes the piston 43 at a predetermined position and guides, on a cylindrical inner peripheral surface side, an outer peripheral surface of the preparation syringe 15 towards the piston 43 to allow the outer peripheral surface to be fitted into the syringe cover 14.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical administration instrument to reduce physical and mental pains of a patient and carry out administration in a stable manner.SOLUTION: The medical administration instrument has a medicine cartridge one end of which is closed by a plunger and in which a medicine is held, a cartridge holder for housing the medicine cartridge, a piston rod for pushing and pressing to move the plunger in the medicine cartridge, a first administration amount detecting means for programmatically detecting the administration amount of the medicine, and a second administration amount detecting means for detecting the actual administration amount of the medicine by means of an electronic circuit. The detection error by the first administration amount detecting means is detected by comparing the detecting result by the first administration amount detecting means and the detecting result by the second administration amount detecting means.
