Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell electric physiology measurement device in which less breakage such as the cracking of a thin sheet occurs and which has excellent productivity. SOLUTION: This cell electric physiology measurement device 1 includes the thin sheet 7 and a frame 6. The thin sheet includes a first surface 3a and a second surface 4a, recessed parts 8 opened to the first surface 3a side, and through-holes 9 opened to the second surface 4a side. The frame 6 is brought into contact with the thin sheet outer peripheral part 4b of the thin sheet 7 on the second surface 4a side. The recessed parts 8 have an inner wall whose vertical cross section is constituted by a curve bent outside the recessed parts 8. The upper outer periphery end 3b of the thin sheet 7 has a round shape whose vertical cross section is constituted by a curve bent inside the thin sheet 7 from the first surface 3a side to the second surface 4a side. Thus, this invention can easily achieve a structure where the outer peripheral part 4b of the thin sheet 7 does not protrude from the outer peripheral part 6a of the frame 6. The cell electric physiology measurement device 1 less causing breakage such as the cracking of the thin sheet 7 and having excellent productivity can be provided by this structure.
