Abstract: An information communication method that enables communication between various devices is an information communication method of transmitting a signal using a change in luminance, and includes: determining a pattern of the change in luminance, by modulating the signal to be transmitted (SK11); and transmitting the signal, by a plurality of light emitters changing in luminance according to the determined pattern of the change in luminance (SK12), wherein the plurality of light emitters are arranged on a surface so that a non-luminance change area does not extend across the surface between the plurality of light emitters along at least one of a horizontal direction and a vertical direction of the surface, the non-luminance change area being an area in the surface outside the plurality of light emitters and not changing in luminance.

Abstract: In the present invention, an information processing program causes a computer to execute the following steps: a determination step (SA11) for determining frequencies of brightness changes, by encoding information to be sent; and an output step (SA12) for outputting signals indicating the determined brightness change frequency so that a light-emitting body sends the information to be sent by undergoing brightness change in accordance with the determined brightness change frequency. The determination step (SA11) is for determining that a first frequency and a second frequency differing from the first frequency are brightness change frequencies. The output step (SA12) is for outputting signals indicating the first and second frequencies as signals indicating the determined brightness change frequency, so that the light-emitting body undergoes brightness change in accordance with the first frequency during a first time period and, after the first time period has elapsed, undergoes brightness change in accordance with the second frequency during a second time period which differs from the first time period.

Abstract: Un procedimiento de comunicación de información de obtención de información de un objeto usando un sensor de imagen que incluye una pluralidad de líneas de exposición, comprendiendo el procedimiento de comunicación de información: obtener una primera imagen iniciando la exposición secuencialmente para la pluralidad de líneas de exposición en el sensor de imagen cada una a un diferente tiempo y realizando captura de imagen con un primer tiempo de exposición de modo que el tiempo de exposición de cada una de la pluralidad de líneas de exposición se solapa parcialmente con el tiempo de exposición de una adyacente de la pluralidad de líneas de exposición; y obtener una segunda imagen iniciando la exposición secuencialmente para la pluralidad de líneas de exposición cada una a un tiempo diferente realizando captura de imagen con un segundo tiempo de exposición más corto que el primer tiempo de exposición, de modo que el tiempo de exposición de cada una de la pluralidad de líneas de exposición se solapa parcialmente con el tiempo de exposición de una adyacente de la pluralidad de líneas de exposición, y obtener información demodulando un patrón de línea brillante que aparece en la segunda imagen, correspondiendo el patrón de línea brillante a la pluralidad de líneas de exposición estando el procedimiento de comunicación de información caracterizado porque al obtener la segunda imagen, el segundo tiempo de exposición se establece a menos de o igual a 1/480 segundos para provocar que aparezca el patrón de línea brillante en la segunda imagen.
