Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modular plug to be used by mounting on an end of a cable in which a nearend crosstalk is further reduced for improvement. SOLUTION: The modular plug 100 is provided with a conductive wire sorting out member 20 having a cable introducing projection and a plurality of sorting out passages, a contact point terminal carrying member 40 having a plurality of penetrated holes and a plurality of slots, and a plurality of contact point terminals, and all the above unties a twist of a twist pair signal wire and regulates each position to reduce a nearend crosstalk.
