Abstract: PURPOSE: To maximize the packing force, size and residual durability of the individual components of blended tobacco filler by processing plural filler components and blending the cut filler component obtained by cutting. CONSTITUTION: Each type of tobacco component is separately processed and cut under a processing condition optimized to each component. After storing each cut component at need, each cut component is blended to obtain the blended cigarette filler. A cigarette having more uniform delivery and taste is produced.
