Abstract:
A method for representing different images of a research object, especially medical images of a patient, involves displaying at least one first image and a second image, determining an elastic transformation, which assigns image elements of the first image to image elements of the second image. Objects are defined which superpose the first image and are represented together with the first image. One of the objects corresponding to the objects in the first image is determined in the second image by means of elastic transformation and the second image is superposed with the corresponding object and represents the corresponding object together with the second image. Independent claims are given for the following: (A) A device for representing different images of a research object. (B) A computer program with computer program device for instigating a computer.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an arrangement and a method for influencing and/or detecting magnetic particles in a region of action, in particular for monitoring of intra- cerebral or intra-cranial bleeding using Magnetic Particle Imaging (MPI). A common coupling unit per coil of a coil array is provided for coupling all signals for generating the magnetic fields to the set of common coils. Further, the same coils are used for acquiring detection signals. In this way a small scanner can be built that can be left permanently or can be provided periodically to the patient, in particular for bleeding monitoring.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a preferably medical imaging method, whereby two images of an object under investigation with differing image content are combined together. The object under investigation is provided with position sensors measuring the sensor coordinates thereof, so that even with a movement of the object under investigation a correct composite image is generated from said combination. Before combining both images one of the images is recorded over the other image by means of a comparison of the images using the sensor coordinates measured by the position sensors.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a multimodal fiducial marker (10) for registration of multimodal data, comprising a first portion (12) comprising magnetic material visible in MPI data obtained by a magnetic particle imaging method and a second portion (14) comprising a second material visible in image data obtained by another imaging method, which image data shall be registered with said MPI data. Further, the present invention relates to a marker arrangement (20).
