Abstract: The device has a scanning unit, a drive arrangement and a unit for reconstructing a CT image corresponding to the spatial distribution of absorption in an investigation region from measurement data acquired by a detector unit (16) in a first measurement window (163,164). Data derived from beams in a second measurement window (161,162) inside the first window are used with different weightings from the measurement data outside the second window but inside the first window. An Independent claim is also included for a computer tomogram for the reconstruction unit of a computer tomograph.
