    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a communication device, a base station and respective methods for a communication device and a base station. More specifically, the base station transmits (S930) and the communication device receives (S1030) downlink control information, DCI, signaling. The DCI signaling includes (S1040) an indication that is related to the dormancy behavior of a secondary cell, Scell. The Scell is configured with a plurality of bandwidth parts, BWPs, and the plurality of BWPs includes a dormant BWP and one or more normal BWPs. If the indication indicates transitioning from dormancy behavior to non-dormancy behavior, a target BWP for performing non-dormancy behavior is determined (S1060). The determination of the target BWP is performed, in particular, in accordance with at least one of: a priority order of the one or more normal BWPs, a predefined or preconfigured BWP, a legacy BWP indicator field in the DCI signaling, a most recently active normal BWP, and the dormant BWP.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a mobile terminal, a base station, an operating method for a mobile terminal and an operating method for a base station.     Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a resource allocation procedure for allocating time-frequency radio resources by a scheduler in a mobile communication system. A plurality of numerology schemes are defined, each partitioning a plurality of radio resources of the mobile communication system into resource scheduling units in a different manner. A reference resource set is defined per numerology scheme, each being associated to a set of radio resources usable for being allocated according to the respective numerology scheme. The reference resource set of at least one numerology scheme overlaps with the reference resource set of at least another numerology scheme in the frequency and/or time domain. The resource allocation procedure is performed for allocating radio resources to one or more user terminals according to the numerology schemes. The resource allocation procedure is performed for each numerology scheme based on a scheduling time interval defined for the respective numerology scheme.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a user equipment (UE) and base station (BS) involved in an improved physical random access channel, PRACH, transmission. The UE configures, based on a received unlicensed channel access configuration, symbols of an occupancy time of the respective unlicensed channel for uplink communication; receives an indication of a timing of channel resources which are to be used for a PRACH transmission; determines whether or not the indicated timing of channel resources is included within the symbols configured for uplink communication; if successful, performs a clear channel assessment, CCA, for a gap duration before the start of the indicated timing of channel resources which are to be used for the PRACH transmission; and if successful, transmits a random access, RA, preamble within the symbols configured for uplink communication at the indicated timing of channel resources which are to be used for the PRACH transmission.
