Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method providing a location base service to form a social network.SOLUTION: The system and the method of the location base service for a target advertisement include: a step of starting a function from a radio terminal; a step of registering from the radio terminal to the service of the location base related to the function; a step of creating a user profile of the function; and a step of displaying an advertisement based on the user profile and a geographical location of the radio terminal. A global positioning system is used to position the user with an active function and a sponsor of the advertisement geographically. The advertisement is displayed based on the geographical location of the sponsor of the advertisement and the radio terminal displayed on an activity map.
