    Abstract: A method for centralized device tracking includes: obtaining, at a first UE from multiple sources, first multi-source position information corresponding to a second UE; determining, based on the first multi-source position information, second multi-source position information corresponding to the second UE; identifying a third UE, separate from the first UE, to which the second multi-source position information is relevant; and sending migration information to the third UE, the migration information comprising an identifier of the second UE and comprising the first multi-source position information, or the second multi-source position information, or a combination thereof.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, devices, apparatus, and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for radar-assisted beam failure. A second wireless device may transmit, to a first wireless device, a configuration to monitor for a potential obstruction for a set of one or more beams for the wireless communication with the second wireless. The first wireless device may receive, from the second wireless device, the configuration to monitor for the potential obstruction for the set of one or more beams for the wireless communication with the second wireless device. The first wireless device may perform radar detection for the potential obstruction to the set of one or more beams for the wireless communication with the second wireless device.

    Abstract: A first apparatus is provided that is configured to receive, from a wireless device, an indication enabling radar measurement sharing; receive a first set of configuration parameters for the radar measurement sharing; perform a radar measurement based on the first set of configuration parameters and network state information; and transmit a first set of radar measurement transmissions at a first radar measurement transmission rate selected based on the first set of configuration parameters and the network state information.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. In some wireless communications systems, a first device may receive a feedback message from a second device that indicates a set of one or more sensing results associated with a sensing procedure performed by the second device. The first device may transmit, to the second device, a control message indicating resource information for a message for the second device. The control message may include an indication of a transmission configuration indication (TCI) state indicating a quasi-colocation (QCL) relationship between a reference signal associated with the message and a sensing result of the set of one or more sensing results indicated by the feedback message. The first device may transmit the message using a transmit beam and the second device may receive the message using a receive beam based on the TCI state and the QCL relationship.

    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a method of wireless communication performed by a first pedestrian user equipment (PUE) includes performing a ranging operation to a set of UEs, the set including at least a second PUE, and providing ranging data to a third entity, the third entity comprising a vehicle user equipment (VUE) or a road-side unit (RSU). The set of UEs may be randomly selected or selected using a selection algorithm. The set of UEs may be selected by the PUE or by the third entity. The ranging data may include the location of the first PUE, and may include a report on the battery status of the first PUE. The third entity may use the ranging data to update estimated positions of the first PUE and the set of UEs.
