    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods and devices for graphics or data processing including an apparatus, e.g., a network, a server, or a client device. In some aspects, the apparatus may transmit a request for an updated FEC rate, the updated EEC rate being based on a previous FEC rate. The apparatus may also receive, based on the request for the updated FEC rate, information associated with the updated FEC rate. Additionally, the apparatus may determine the updated FEC rate based on the received information, the received information being associated with a difference between the previous FEC rate and the updated FEC rate.

    Abstract: Wireless communication techniques that include QoS techniques for scheduling transmission of QUIC streams in a wireless communication system are discussed. A wireless communication device may receive a data packet having a header that includes a first plurality of fields. The wireless communication device may also schedule transmission of the data packet based on QoS parameters associated with the first plurality of fields. The transmission of the data packet may be scheduled based on QoS parameters associated with the first plurality of fields when the first plurality of fields match a second plurality of fields.     Abstract: Generally, the described techniques provide for a device determining or receiving signaling including a packet delivery time window configuration that indicates delivery windows within which transmissions may be held and/or delivery opportunities within which communications are expected to be transmitted. For example, the device may identify a packet delivery time window configuration for communications with another device. The packet delivery window configuration may indicate a periodicity, offset, start time, end time, and/or duration of the delivery windows, among other information. Based on the identified packet delivery time window configuration, the device may delay transmission of the data packet (e.g., for the duration of one or more configured delivery windows). At, for example, the end of the respective delivery window, the device may deliver the data packet to a network device for which the information of the data packet is to be used.

    Abstract: Various aspects and features related to wireless communication for high reliability and low latency are described. In an aspect of the disclosure, a method, a computer-readable medium, a system, and an apparatus are provided. A method of wireless communication includes communicating with a network via one or more network nodes using separate wireless links for each UE in a set of UEs using a same RAT. The method includes either transmitting uplink data traffic from a common source to the network nodes using respective separate wireless links corresponding to the two or more UEs or receiving downlink data traffic destined for the common source from the network nodes using respective separate wireless links corresponding to the two or more UE.

    Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to techniques to increase reliability of communications within a network during a low reliability period. The network may include a user equipment (UE) communicatively coupled with one or more transmit/receive points (TRPs), with the communications between the UE and the one more TRPs requiring a reliability above a first reliability threshold. A processor of a network entity may identify a low reliability period which occurs when the reliability of the communications is determined to be below a second reliability threshold. The processor may cause the network to perform one or more remedial actions to increase the reliability during the low reliability period.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first node (e.g., a user equipment (UE)) may receive a timing synchronization signal from a second node (e.g., a base station) over a cellular wireless communication link. In some aspects, the timing synchronization signal may indicate mapping information to synchronize the first node with the second node. The mapping information may be for synchronizing a first time of a first clock of the first node to a second time of a second clock of a second node. The first node may synchronize the first time of the first clock to the second time of the second clock based at least in part on the mapping information and the synchronization information. The first node may transmit a timing control based on a timing of the second clock to a device connected to the first node via a local wired interface.
