Abstract:
The invention deals with the field of screwing heads for small trigger-type pumps or triggers and namely for applying, on vessels, triggers equipped with a threaded securing ring nut (2). This screwing head (1 ) is rotated around a vertical axis through a permanent magnet-type clutch and comprises four rollers (5) which tighten the toothed ring nut (2) when screwing it; said rollers (5) are supported by vertical arms (4) whose axes are arranged at 90° one from the other on a circumference with its centre on the rotation axis of the screwing head. The vertical arms (4) and the four rollers (5) are simultaneously carried along a radial direction towards said ring nut through an oscillating movement.
Abstract:
A capping unit (100) for articles such as containers and/or bottles in general, of the type comprising at least one capping group (3) bearing one or more capping heads (8) for screwing caps (6) or capsules on said articles moved by at least one transport line (4). It comprises at least one capping heads store (19), adapted to retain a series of capping heads (8), in order to allow the rapid and automatic exchange and substitution of the spindles (25) of the capping group (3); said capping group (3) being moved by an associated motorization, up to reaching said store (19) such to store and pick up, automatically from the group (3) itself the suitable capping head (8) as a function of the size of the caps (6) or capsules to be screwed.
Abstract:
The invention relates to the field of the screwing heads for trigger pumps for the application, on vessels (6), of pumps provided with a threaded fixing ring nut (2) by a gripping lever assembly (11). The method comprises the steps of : screwing the ring nut on the threaded mouth of the vessel by screwing it to the body until the screwing torque does not reach a preset value; performing a first detachment of the means for tightening the ring nut; rotating the tightening means (11), by an associated motor, relocating them in their starting configuration, by clearing the trigger by the presence of the levers (11) themselves; lastly, performing a further opening of the tightening means from the ring nut (2); said driving being necessary for completely opening the gripper and clearing the trigger.
Abstract:
A capping unit, comprising one or more capping heads, for screwing caps or capsules onto the filled article or container, said unit operating on at least one motorized transport line for advancing one or more rows of objects to be capped. The system provides for implementing the screwing during at least one linear movement of the containers, i.e. in pursuit, using threaded caps or capsules. To attain the purpose, a caps feeding and picking-up group can be present. The apparatus comprises at least one screw capping group (with a possible upstream filling group) operating through a three-axis motor system with linear motors and/or brushless motors for the rotation of recirculating ball screws or toothed belts. As an alternative, the apparatus comprises at least one capping group, with a possible filling group, operating through a multi axis robot (anthropomorphic). When the filling group is present, both groups, the capping and the filling ones, move synchronously: they are synchronized by means of a couple of robots, or by a shared three-axis motor system with linear motors and/or brushless motors for the rotation of recirculating ball screws or toothed belts, in order to position said groups according to a parallel, vertical and approaching direction with respect to the line for transporting objects.
Abstract:
A process and an apparatus for aligning trigger pump caps. Particularly trigger caps are rotated by holding their body (5); rotation occurring continuously while gripping the trigger cap (2). The apparatus (1) comprises gripping means (6) for gripping the ring (4) or the body (5) of the trigger cap (2) and rotating means (7) for taking and rotating the body (5) and orient it in the same manner as the other bodies of the apparatus. These gripping (6) and rotating (7) means being arranged on two levels (P1, P2) of said apparatus (1) and rotating about a central axis (AA); said first level corresponding to the trigger cap body gripping means (6), and said second level corresponding to integral rotating means (7); said first level being either above or below said second level.
Abstract:
A method for screwing a ring nut of a trigger-shaped (5) pump or trigger (1) on a vessel (6), the pump or trigger being provided with a threaded fixing ring nut (2) by a gripping lever assembly (11). The method includes the steps of: screwing the ring nut on the threaded mouth of the vessel by screwing it to the body until the screwing torque does not reach a preset value; performing a first detachment of elements for tightening the ring nut; rotating the tightening elements (11), by an associated motor, relocating them in their starting configuration, by clearing the trigger by the presence of the levers (11) themselves; lastly, performing a further opening of the tightening elements from the ring nut (2); the driving being necessary for completely opening the gripper and clearing the trigger.
