Abstract:
The invention concerns a linerless self-adhesive material obtained starting from a self-adhesive material with a liner, by means of a process that comprises the delamination of the liner from a self-adhesive layer, activation of the liner or self- adhesive layer, transferral of the liner over the self-adhesive layer and re-lamination of the two components so as to produce the linerless self-adhesive material. The liner or the self-adhesive layer is coated with a thermo-adhesive that allows for permanent lamination of the liner located on the self-adhesive layer.
Abstract:
The means of transport has for the coating of at least one of its surfaces (2) a film (1) comprising a decorative layer (3) made of material comprising at least cast or calendered polyvinyl chloride (PVC), one layer of adhesive (4) for fixing to the said surface (2), and a clear protective layer (5) made of material comprising at least polyurethane (PU) for the protection of the decorative layer (3).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for removing an adhesive label from an item intended to be recycled, wherein the label attached to the item to be recycled comprises a front surface and a rear surface, in contact with the item, on which there are discrete portions of adhesive, wherein such discrete portions of adhesive are arranged at a minimum distance from one another equal to 0.5 mm. The method comprises a step of subjecting the item to be recycled provided with a label, possibly following the grinding of the item with the label, to washing with a basic solution or with water for a time less than or equal to 2 hours, preferably by heating to a temperature greater than room temperature (23-25°C).
