Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a strippable coating having higher tear resistance than the adhesive power to a surface on the surface of an objective material by providing an applicator device connected to a container, a heating device for keeping a material in the liquid state in the container and a pressure generating device for transporting the liquid material. SOLUTION: A material such as a granular material or a pellet is filled in a solid state in a container 1 and heated to change the solid to liquid. A pressure generating device 2 is constituted of an electronic reversible piston pump and transports the liquefied material in the container 1 without pulsation. The transporting line 3 of the material is constituted of a heat resistant hose, which connects the container 1 to an applicator device (or coating utensil) 4. In this case, the applicator device 4 is designed as a manual spray gun (or spray coater). The spray gun has an exchangeable spray nozzle device 5. The heating device is preferably an electric heating device and more preferably controllable.
