    Abstract: The present invention regards a hollow load-bearing beam structure (1) and a method for manufacturing of the structure. The structure (1) comprises fiber-reinforced composite material. The structure (1) comprises a first plurality of laminated layers (17') constituting a first beam (9') formed by an interior forming tool (18'). The structure (1) further comprises a second plurality of laminated layers (17'') constituting a first outer skin (3). The first plurality of laminated layers (17') extends through the second plurality of laminated layers (17'') and protrudes outward therefrom. The method comprises the steps of; forming the first beam (9') by means of the interior forming tool (18'); forming the first outer skin (3) by means of an exterior forming tool (18''); whereby the first plurality of laminated layers (17') extends through the second plurality of laminated layers (17'') and protrudes outward therefrom; curing the hollow load-bearing beam structure (1); and removing the interior and exterior forming tool (18', 18'') from the hollow load-bearing beam structure (1).

    Abstract: The present invention concerns a mould body assembly (1) and a method of forming a hollow feature (3) of an article (5), which hollow feature (3) is to be formed by the mould body assembly (1) extending along an imaginary axis (X). The mould body assembly (1) comprises a flexible caul member (7) and a rigid support member (9). The flexible caul member (7) is configured to be arranged onto the rigid support member (9) for bringing about a hollow feature forming surface (11) of the flexible caul member (7)configured to form the hollow feature (3). The flexible caul member (7) exhibits varying thickness for forming the hollow feature with trapping geometry.
