Abstract: 1,155,801. Target devices. SAAB A.B. 12 Jan., 1968 [12 Jan., 1967[, No. 1910/68. Heading F3X. A device for indicating shooting results during target practice comprises a target 1 of substantially rigid, vibration transmitting material, a signal transmitter 7 attached to the target, a differentiating device 15 for differentiating a " hit " signal from the transmitter and indicating means 17, e.g. a computing apparatus or an electric writer, operable by a signal from the differentiating device. A pulse generating means 16 may be disposed between the differentiating device and the indicating means. The differentiating device comprises a D.C. amplifier 18 and the transmitter two piezo-electric discs 10, 11 having a spring-loaded, heavy mass 12 resting thereon.
