The invention relates to - a composite structure comprising a photovoltaic cell adhering to an injection-moulded polymer (1), in which the photovoltaic cell has an active face (2) adhering to a base (3), characterized in that the photovoltaic cell is continuous and its face opposite the injection-moulded polymer (1) is adhered to an encapsulation polymer (4) having a linear thermal expansion coefficient that does not differ by more than 65% from that of the injection-moulded polymer (1), having a minimum melting temperature that enables it to withstand the injection-moulding of the latter, and that favours the adhesion with the injection-moulded polymer (1), or in that the photovoltaic cell is perforated; - a monolithic, laminated, single or multiple glazing unit comprising such a structure.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for overmoulding at least one seam portion (J) onto a peripheral part of a glass element (V), said seam including at least one insert (1) having an overmoulded portion comprising a sole plate (2) and a projecting portion (4) oriented along an axis (A) for pre-positioning, positioning and securing the glass element (V) in a bay to be seamed. The method is characterised in that, during injection, the insert is positioned in the moulding cavity using a pin (11) co-operating with a positioning means (5), both of which are located on the overmoulded part such that the face of the sole plate (2) turned towards the glass element includes at least one support foot (6) extending in the direction of the glass element and coming into contact therewith and the opposite face of the sole plate includes a base (3) having a free face which supports the above-mentioned projecting part (4) and which is not covered with the plastic material forming the seam. The invention is also characterised in that, during stripping, the mould is opened and the overmoulded glass panel is removed without the projecting part (4) of the insert (1) coming into contact with the wall of the housing (10).
Abstract:
Disclosed is a profiled member (3) to be inserted between two elements (1, 2) so as to dampen the noise spreading across at least one of the elements. Said profiled member (3) is made of at least one plastic-based damping material. The invention is characterized by the fact that the profiled member (3) has an equivalent real stiffness per unit length (K'eq) of at least 25 MPa and an equivalent loss factor (tandeq) of at least 0.25.

A glass pane including at least a glass sheet provided with heating strips powered by collectors, the heating strips being divided in groups. The power supply of the different groups is provided sequentially, each group being powered once per sequence. The supply is provided by a device equipped to measure the outside temperature and the temperature of the outer surface of the glass, to determine a minimum heating time for each group according to the outside temperature, and to maintain the heating in the group as long as the outer surface temperature of the glass opposite the group is not higher than the melting point of ice.
