Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate for fire-resistant and safety glazing of which the haze is below 4%. SOLUTION: A plurality of layers (A) of a high elasticity modulus and at least one kind of fluoropolymer resin layer (B) are laminated and the layer (B) is provided between the layers (A). The layer of the high elasticity modulus is constituted of glass, polycarbonate or polyurethane, while the fluoropolymer resin layer has a matte finished surface, an emboss finished surface or a surface of combination thereof. The fluoropolymer resin layer is subjected to corona treatment in an organic gas atmosphere, while the layer of the high elastic modulus is bonded to the fluoropolymer resin layer by a laminating method by pressure and heat. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent multi-layer film to cover a synthetic surface, which is excellent in impact-resistance, weather-resistance, stain-resistance and adhesion. SOLUTION: This impact-resistant protective multi-layer film contains a protective layer which is exposed, and a cushioning layer which is disposed inside. The exposed layer is a polymer mixture mainly of a fluorine substituted olefin polymer such as polyvinylidene fluoride, and an acrylic polymer. The cushioning layer is selected from among an acrylic polymer which is impact- resistant-modified, an ethylene-vinyl acetate polymer and a polyethylene by a metallocene catalyst, and has an elasticity modulus being less than approximate 30,000 psi (207 Mpa). The cushioning layer substantially does not contain a fluorine polymer. The multi-layer film can have a heatbondable layer comprising a mixture of an additional fluorine substituted olefin polymer and an acrylic polymer, when required. The multi-layer film provides an excellent protection to the contamination, the weather state and especially, an impact damage for the weather-board of an outdoor building, the body panel of a vehicle, and the supporting body of a sign or the like.
