    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid supply device having the minimum number of leakage passages. SOLUTION: This assembly includes: a housing having a chamber; a main body having a circular seal lip and a fluid channel between a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet; a piston arranged within the main body and the housing and having a first end and a second end; a spring; and a handle. A poppet/diaphragm of the piston includes a non-porous head seated on the seal lip, a thin wall sleeve, and a tong forming a terminal end of the sleeve. The spring presses the head of the poppet/diaphragm to the seal lip. The handle is mounted on the first end of the piston so as to move the piston axially between an open flow position and a closed flow position within the assembly. When the piston moves axially in the assembly, the sleeve of the diaphragm rotates between the opposing piston and the wall of the assembly.

    Abstract: Anti-pumping dispense valves, constructed according to principles of this invention, comprise a fluid transport housing having a fluid inlet passage extending into the housing, a fluid outlet passage extending out of the housing, and a fluid transport chamber disposed within the housing.     Abstract: Variable flowrate regulators of this invention comprise a regulator body (12) having a fluid transport chamber disposed therethrough. Fluid inlet and outlet ports (18,20) are in fluid flow communication with the chamber, and a valve seat is positioned at one end of the chamber. A diaphragm housing (16) is attached to the body (12) and has a diaphragm chamber in fluid flow communication with the fluid transport chamber. A diaphragm is disposed within the diaphragm chamber. A one-piece poppet assembly (62) is attached to the diaphragm and is disposed within the body. The poppet assembly (62) comprises a head that has a diameter sized greater than that of the valve seat for providing a leak-tight seal thereagainst when placed in a closed position. The poppet assembly also comprises a plurality of orifices positioned downstream from the head for passing fluid into the fluid transport chamber when the head is unseated from the valve seat. The plurality of orifices is positioned concentrically within the fluid transport chamber.

    Abstract: Precision dispense pumps comprise a housing that has an internal chamber disposed therein. A pressurizing assembly disposed within the chamber and includes a cylindrical pressurizing member having a head, a thin-walled skirt extending axially away from the head, and a flange is positioned circumferentially around the skirt. The pressurizing assembly includes a support coupled to backside of the pressurizing member. The pump can includes a vacuum assist element connected to the housing to provide a desired pressure differential within the pump to bias the skirt against supportive chamber or support surfaces during pressurizing assembly movement. Check valves are in fluid flow communication with the fluid inlet and fluid outlet ports to ensuring checked one-way passage of fluid into and out of the fluid chamber during respective intake and output strokes of the pressurizing assembly.

    Abstract: An anti-pumping dispensing valve comprises a fluid transport housing (206) having a fluid inlet passage (222) an intermediate fluid passage (232) a fluid outlet passage (214) and first and second fluid transport chambers (224, 234).     Abstract: A valve assembly comprises a valve body and at least one valve seat is disposed within the valve body. A groove is disposed therein concentrically around the valve seat.     Abstract: A valve apparatus comprises a valve body, a piston disposed within the valve body, and a rolling diaphragm poppet that is attached the piston to regulates fluid flow through the valve via interaction with a valve seat within the valve body. The valve body has a chamber extending therethrough that includes a valve seat at one chamber end that defines a fluid inlet passage into chamber. The piston disposed within the chamber and is adapted for axial displacement therein by an actuating means. The rolling diaphragm poppet is attached to an end of the piston and is of a one-piece construction. The poppet includes a head that has a circular radial cross section, and that has a frontside surface that is adapted to interface with the valve seat in the chamber to control fluid flow therethrough. The head also has a backside surface that is adapted to accommodate attachment with an end of the piston. The poppet includes a cylindrical sleeve that extends axially away from a peripheral edge of the head and that has a non-bellowed configuration. A flange extends radially from the sleeve to define a peripheral edge of the poppet. The flange including means for providing a leak-tight seal with the valve body. Axial displacement of the poppet head within the chamber, in response to the axial movement of the piston, is provided by a rolling movement of the sleeve in an axial direction between a piston wall surface and a concentric wall surface within the valve body.
