Abstract: The invention relates to a probe that is based upon the spectrometric principle, is essentially prismatic or cylindrical and is used for detecting fluid contents. The inventive probe comprises an essentially cylindrical spectrometer (1), an optical waveguide (3) and an electronic circuit (10) by means of which the spectrometer (1) is connected to a plug (7). The invention is characterised in that the evaluation and supply electronics (10) are arranged on a board (11) which consists of at least two pieces, in that one piece (11') of the board extends essentially in parallel in relation to the probe axis (9') and the remaining piece (12) of the board is inclined by at least 45 DEG in relation thereto and in that the axis of the spectrometer (1) is arranged at least essentially in parallel in relation to the probe axis (9').

Abstract: The invention relates to a miniaturised spectrometer, especially in the form of a probe, for detecting the contents of a gaseous or liquid fluid. The invention comprises a light source (3) and a spectrometer (2), at least one measuring beam and at least one reference beam. The invention is characterised in that the light of the light source (3) is optionally spread and bundled by means of at least one optical lens (8) to form an essentially parallel beam, in that at least one measuring beam is guided through a light-permeable aperture out of the probe and into the fluid to be examined and through an additional light-permeable aperture back into the probe, in that at least one reference beam is guided inside the probe, in that collecting optics (14) consisting of at least one lens that guides beams to the point of impact or the inlet of the spectrometer (2) are provided and in that a beam selector (7) is provided in the area of the collecting optics (14), whereby said point of impact pertains to a light conductor (5) and said selector accepts one of the partial beams respectively and interrupts the remaining beams.

Abstract: Die Erfindung betrifft ein miniaturisiertes Spektrometer, insbesondere in Form einer Sonde zur Bestimmung der Inhaltsstoffe eines gasförmigen oder flüssigen Fluides mit einer Lichtquelle (3) und einem Spektrometer (2), zumindest einem Meßstrahl und zumindest einem Referenzstrahl. Die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Licht der Lichtquelle (3) gegebenenfalls aufgefächert und mittels zumindest einer optischen Linse (8) zu einem im wesentlichen parallelen Strahl gebündelt wird, daß zumindest ein Meßstrahl durch ein lichtdurchlässiges Fenster aus der Sonde in das zu untersuchende Fluid und durch eine weiteres lichtdurchlässiges Fenster wieder in die Sonde geführt wird, daß zumindest ein Referenzstrahl im Sondeninneren geführt wird, daß eine Sammeloptik (14), bestehend aus mindestens einer Linse, die Strahlen auf den Auftreffpunkt eines Lichtleiters (5) oder den Einlaß des Spektrometers (2) lenkt und daß ein Strahlselektor (7) im Bereich der Sammeloptik (14) vorgesehen ist, der jeweils einen der Teilstrahlen durchläßt und alle anderen unterbricht.
