Abstract: PURPOSE: To form a loop engaging with a gyrating supporting wire by engaging the protruded yarn end of an edge of a fabric with a matrix material of a mold plate, forming a loop with a loop-forming material and polymerizing/curing the matrix material. CONSTITUTION: Free ends 12 of protruded yarns are aligned at an edge of a woven structure 11 and arranged in a manner to be engaged with a matrix material 17 applied to a pinned plate 13. A loop 14 is formed with a loop- forming material 15 and positioned at an upper part. The matrix material is polymerized/cured or melted/solidified to embed a part of the free fiber end and the formed loop part in the matrix material.
