Abstract: A papermakers fabric, and particularly a corrugator fabric, is disclosed wherein a flat-woven, multilayer structure is brought into endless form by jointing means (14) arranged obliquely to the running direction of the fabric and at the roller side thereof. The angular disposition of the seam is said to reduce noise levels, sheet marking and web breakage.
