Es wird ein geformter Schaum bereitgestellt, bei dem selbst dann, wenn eine Kraft in einer Gleitrichtung auf ein anderes Element, das mit dessen Oberfläche in Kontakt ist, ausgeübt wird, eine Verschiebung der Position relativ zu dem anderen Element effektiv verhindert werden kann und das Auftreten eines ungewöhnlichen Geräuschs aufgrund eines Reibens zwischen dessen Oberfläche und dem anderen Element effektiv verhindert werden kann. Der geformte Schaum wird durch Erwärmen von schäumbaren Harzteilchen, die in eine Schäumform gefüllt sind, gebildet. Der geformte Schaum weist eine Mehrzahl von ersten Erhöhungen, die in einer Richtung angeordnet sind, und eine Mehrzahl von zweiten Erhöhungen auf, die in einer anderen Richtung angeordnet und derart positioniert sind, dass sie die ersten Erhöhungen schneiden, wobei die ersten Erhöhungen und die zweiten Erhöhungen auf der Oberfläche des geformten Schaums bereitgestellt sind.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for molding a foamed molding which can mold appropriately the foamed molding being made by bonding foam resin materials which have the same expansion ratio and belong respectively to different kinds.SOLUTION: The method for molding the foamed molding comprises: a dividing step of dividing a cavity by a partition means 21; charging step of charging a modified polystyrene resin containing polyacrylic acid alkyl ester-based resin particles or high impact polystyrene in one space S1 of the divided cavity; another charging step of charging another modified polystyrene resin or polystyrene resin having the same expansion ratio as that of the impact polystyrene resin in the other space S2 of the cavity, which space is different from the one space S1; opening step of opening the partition by the partition means 21; and a heating step of heating/molding the resins charged in the cavity while exerting the vapor pressure of 0.04-0.12 Mpa thereon.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the traceability of a molding by using the piston of a raw material packing machine. SOLUTION: The foamed resin molding raw materia packing machine has a sleeve 2 in which an opening 21 connected to a cavity 93 formed between a fixed mold 90 and a movable mold 91 is formed, an inflow part 31 for supplying the raw material into the cavity, and the piston 5 which moves forward/backward between an advance position closing the opening 21 of the sleeve 2 and a retreat position allowing the inflow of the raw material. With regard to the piston 5, a plunger 51 with an index formed is set at the head end, and an expression 25 corresponding to the index is formed in the peripheral part of the opening 21 of the sleeve 2. The piston 5 is installed to be able to rotate with the longitudinal direction of the piston 5 made an axis to make the index of the plunger 51 be turned to the expression 25. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luggage box which is not damaged or deformed even when loads are applied from an upper side and the luggage box is exposed to high temperatures for a long time. SOLUTION: The luggage box 1 is entirely formed of a heat-shrinkable resin material, and receiving surfaces 3, 30, 31, 32 which correspond to the shape of an upper surface of a spare tire 2 or an underbody 6 of a vehicle and are abutted on an upper surface of the spare tire 2 or the underbody 6 are projected from a lower surface. The receiving surfaces 3, 30, 31, 32 are opposite to the upper surface of the spare tire or the underbody with a space therebetween. At least one receiving surface 32 is formed to surround a tire part 22 of the spare tire 2, and tightly fitted to the tire part 22 of the spare tire 2 by the heat shrinkage or the deflective deformation. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding device which allows no different materials to be mixed with each other at the time of cracking and to prevent noises caused by the emission sound of heated steam. SOLUTION: A spring mechanism 8 for urging a partition plate 31 toward a cavity 30 is provided between the partition plate 31 and a cylinder mechanism 39 of the molding device 7. The partition plate 31 is provided so as to reciprocate between a first position where a tip end part contacts with a movable mold 5 with a pressing force by the compression of the spring mechanism 8 during clamping of the fixed mold 4 and the movable mold 5, and a second position where the tip end part is further pressed than the first position by the compression of the spring mechanism 8 at the time of cracking after the clamping of the molds. Furthermore, a heating chamber 45 into which heating steam is introduced is provided to the fixed mold 4, and slits 46 allowing a partition plate 31 to be retracted and extended by the cylinder mechanism 39 are formed on the side walls of the heating chamber 45, and a cover body 9 covering the slits 46 is fitted to the outside of the heating chamber 45. SOLUTION: The belt tightening buckle comprises a frame body 10 with a mounting frame part 11 to mount a belt end as one side, and a locking member 15 slidable between the mounting frame part 11 and a fixing frame part 13 facing the same, and tightens a belt B wound around the locking member 15 through a space between the locking member 15 and the fixing frame part 13. Parts facing each other of the locking member 15 and the fixing frame part 13 are flat, the belt B is held by flat parts 15a and 13a, and a stopper member 20 as a displacement regulating means of the locking member 15 is provided to maintain the belt holding state. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a floating structure such as a floating pier by easily interconnecting a plurality of floating bodies. SOLUTION: In this floating structure, pin holes 21a are formed in the corners of a floating body 2 in such a manner as to vertically pass therethrough. A cut groove 21b perpendicular to a vertically extending ridge line is formed at approximately the mid portion of the thickness of each corner. Connecting plates 3 (3A) are loosely inserted into cut grooves 21b in a plurality of adjacent floating bodies 2, and pin holes are formed in the connecting plates 3 (3A) to correspond to the pin holes 21a formed in the corners of each floating body 2. Thus, the connecting plates 3 (3A) are loosely inserted into the cut grooves 21b in the adjacent floating bodies 2 and connecting pins 4 are loosely fitted into the pin holes 21a in the floating bodies 2 and into the pin holes in the connecting plates 3 (3A). Thus, the floating structure 1 can be formed by easily interconnecting the plurality of floating bodies 2.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cores made of synthetic resin foam, arranged in a floating body main part made of reinforced concrete, from moving during concrete placing. SOLUTION: A positioning element 30 is attached to reinforcement 13a constituting the bottom surface 13 of a floating body main part 10, and the bottom surfaces of adjacent cores 20 are positioned relative to each other by the positioning element 30. The upper surfaces of the adjacent cores 20 are fixed together by the positioning element 30 attached by an anchor bolt 51 to reinforcement 12a constituting a bulkhead.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam resin molding having improved fusibility at a contact mark of ejection pin and improved surface designability.SOLUTION: An ejection pin comprises: a rod part 72 for use in a foam resin molding device 10, which is emerged from a mold 20 (30) toward a cavity 60; and a head part 71 which is fitted to the tip of the rod part. The edge surface of the head part extrudes a molded product 80. The edge surface of the head part includes one or a plurality of recesses 75. The recess may be a penetration 75a which extends from the edge surface 74 to the rear face 76 of the head part, having a diameter smaller than the particle diameter of the foam resin raw material to be filled in the cavity. Alternatively the recess may be a bottomed groove part 75b having a width narrower than the particle diameter of the foam resin raw material to be injected in the cavity.
