The integrated hybrid power assembly includes a transmission(100) comprising a front housing(120)and a rear housing (110); a drive motor(200) comprising a motor housing(210) integral to the rear housing(110) and a motor cover(220) mounted to the motor housing(210); a speed reducer(300) comprising a reducer housing(310) which is connected to the rear housing(110) and integral to the motor cover (220), and a reducer cover(320) mounted to the reducer housing(310); and a starting motor(400) mounted to the transmission(100).

The high-pressure oil chamber (13) and the low-pressure oil chamber (12) are located at the same side of a periphery of the rotor mounting part (11) side by side.
