    Abstract: A PTC electric heating assembly, an electric heating device and an electric vehicle are provided. The PTC electric heating assembly (2) comprises a first electrode assembly including a first fixed electrode; a second electrode assembly including a second fixed electrode; a PTC heating module (20) disposed between the first electrode assembly and the second electrode assembly; and an insulating layer (23) disposed on an outer surface of each of the first electrode assembly and the second electrode assembly; wherein an inner surface of at least one of the first fixed electrode and the second fixed electrode facing to the PTC heating module (20) is a vertical surface, an outer surface of the at least one of the first fixed electrode and the second fixed electrode facing to the insulating layer (23) is an inclined surface.
