A system for particle manipulation and sorting based on structural acoustic field comprises a sample holder, an ultrasound transmission device and an artificial structure, the sample holder is used to place particles to be sorted, the ultrasound transmission device is used to transmit ultrasound wave, the artificial structure is periodic structure used to modulate acoustic field to produce stronger acoustic radiation force and sort the particles to be sorted. And there is a method for particle manipulation and sorting based on structural acoustic field. Due to the sample holder, the ultrasound transmission device and the artificial structure, plurality of particles could be placed on the sample holder simultaneously, the artificial structure is used to modulate the acoustic field to produce stronger acoustic radiation force, trapping the specific particles under the lower surface of the artificial structure at the same time, realizing rapid, batch sorting and increasing the efficiency.

A planar lens (100) and a manufacturing method for a planar lens (100) relate to the technical field of lenses, the planar lens (100) being a focusing lens and comprising an acoustic soft material tangible structure (110) and a cover layer (120), the acoustic soft material tangible structure (110) comprises a plurality of combination lenses (130) located in the same plane, each combination lens (130) comprises a circular part (131) and a plurality of concentric annular parts (132) which are continuously arranged around the circular part (131), the thicknesses of each two adjacent annular parts (132) in each combination lens (130) are different, and the thickness of each annular part (132) is related to the focal length of the respective combination lens (130); and the cover layer (120) covers the outer surface of the acoustic soft material tangible structure (110) to form the planar lens (100).
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to the acoustic manipulation technology and, in particular, to a system and method for manipulating particles based on a time reversal technique. An objective of the present disclosure is to manipulate the particles in any path in a non-uniform medium. To achieve the objective, the present disclosure provides the system for manipulating the particles based on a time reversal technique including array transducers, a signal reception and transmission control device and a host. The array transducers are communicatively connected to the signal reception and transmission control device. The signal reception and transmission control device is communicatively connected to the host. Therefore, the present disclosure can be applied to fields such as in vivo site-specific medicament administration and reproductive medicine, and has high practical values. The present disclosure further provides the method for manipulating the particles based on a time reversal technique.
