    Abstract: A spectrophotometric measurement system which comprises an optical illuminator device and photometric device for giving the difference or ratio of reduced intensities of rays of light of different wavelengths which has been transmitted through a sample to be spectroanalyzed. According to the present invention, any sample, liquid or solid, may be subjected to the spectrophotometric measurement. In addition, the base line in an absorption curve can be easily determined without being affected by the background of the sample.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable automatic recording of a scale and a scale value which are required by moving a printing head in two directions perpendicular to recording paper in accordance with a program and thereby prforming required recording. CONSTITUTION:When a button SB for recording a scale line is pressed, connection of a switch S is shifted and pulse motors 3 and 4 for driving lateral and longitudinal axes feeding are controlled by a microprocessor, etc. through the intermediary of a counter, etc., whereby a recording head 5 is moved to the position corresponding to the original point of recording paper 1. Next, the motor 3 is controlld, through the intermediary of a wavelength axis feeding pulse generating circuit HG, in accordance with a set value of an apparatus DH setting a wavelength per unit length of the recording paper through the intermediary of a controlling part SC for printing numerals and recording scale lines and the scale lines of wavelength and numerical values of scales are recorded on the recording paper 1. Recording of spectral scales and desired numerical values of scales as well as recording of prescribed items is performed automatically in the same way, and thus substantial precision of the result of spectroscopic measurement is improved.

CONSTITUTION:The light from light source L is inputted to integral sphere I through light incident window In, and lights emitted from emitting window Ou, which is in the position opposite to sample (s), and emitting window Ou', which is in the position opposite to a point off from sample (s), are incident to spectroscope M through rotary chopper Y of three blades, semitransparent mirror H, and mirror X. The light emitted from spectroscope M is inputted to signal processing circuit Z through photodetector D and preamplifier A. Switches SW1 and SW2 are switched while interlocking with chopper Y, and outputs corresponding to light fluxes Fs and Fst are held in capacitors K1 and K2. The output of capacitor K1 is stored in memory Me through the A-D converter, and the output of capacitor K2 is fed back to photodetector D through boosting DC-DC converter D-D. As a result, the influence of fluctuation of the light source is prevented.
