Abstract: The filter has three cells (C1-C3) consecutively juxtaposed on an optical substrate. One cell comprises of two sections (S1, S2) juxtaposed along a propagation axis of the filter. The two sections differ by their refraction indexes and widths. The section (S1) has a perturbation zone. The perturbation zone is primarily composed of same material as the rest of the section (S1).
