    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent reproduced product and the producing method of the same capable of producing the transparent reproduced product even when a mold is not employed and the material thereof is not provided with a high strength like that of a metal, and capable of producing the transparent reproduction surely including a thin part even when an original model is provided with at least a thin part in one part of the same. SOLUTION: A female mold 20 of an original model, opaque and having a thin part at least in one part of the same, is produced and, in this case, a solid part (projected part) 30, penetrating a mold space between the mold surface 19b, opposed to the thin part of the original model, and a mold surface 18b, opposed to the mold surface 19b, at the central part of the mold surface 19b substantially, is formed, then, liquid state synthetic resin material, having transparency, is poured into the female mold 20 to solidify the same whereby the transparent reproduction of the original model can be produced.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To cope with the deflection and deformation of a substrate by providing the hot blasting part having numerous hot blasting holes and by reflowing a creamy solder by locating the substrate on which the creamy solder coating component is arranged at the hot blasting hole part. CONSTITUTION:Numerous hot blasting holes 13... are provided at the prescribed part of the upper plate 7 of a hot blasting box 2 in a hot blasting part 1. The substrate 26 pinched between the arm 25 of a transfer means 16 is moved onto the hot blasting box 2 by inserting the substrate 26 on which the component coated with the creamy solder is arranged into the groove 12 of a guide rail 11. In this case, the creamy solder coated on the substrate 26 is reflowed by the hot blast blown out of the blowout hole 13.... The necessary reflowing soldering can thus be performed irrespective of the slight deflection and deformation of the substrate.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To generally stably and uniformly diffuse hot air from a plurality of hot air diffusing holes formed at a plate so disposed as to cover an opening of a hot air box by causing a vortex of the hot air flown in the box. CONSTITUTION:A reflow soldering hot air box comprises hot air generators 3, 3 so disposed as to cover an opening of a hot air box 2 with an upper plate 7 having a plurality of hot air diffusing holes, to couple its one ends to air compressors 31, 31 and to couple the other ends with heater elements coupled to the box and added on the way. The generators are so coupled as to be disposed at axes of opposite faces of the box in a zigzag manner, and recess surfaces 32, 32 are formed on parts of corners of an inner surface of the box with which the axes of the generators are brought into contact.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To divide a non-routine printed board in a complicated shape by providing a lower edge by aligning to the inside of a dividing position by positioning the printed board to a base plate and providing an upper edge by aligning to the outside of the dividing position on a movable plate opposed to the base plate. CONSTITUTION:A non-routine printed board 20 is positioned to a base plate 4 by a pin 21, and the lower edge 14 to have to be a 1st blade and the upper edge 15 to have to be a 2nd blade are respectively provided on the base plate 4 and movable plate 5 so that the lower edge 14 is located at the inside and the upper edge 15 at the outside for the dividing position 22 of the printed board 20. Thus, the lower edge 14a, 14b-14f of the base plate 4 and the upper edge 15a, 15b-15f of the movable plate 5 is arranged at the corresponding position respectively, the printed board 20 can be divided at its dividing position 22 by the shearing of the respective lower edge 14 and upper edge 15 by moving the movable plate 5, and yet, a scoring like division auxiliary means is provided at the dividing position 22 of the printed board 20, so it can be divided in the wide range from the position of the cutting edge being brought into contact respectively to the biting position each other at the dividing time, and the division of the complicated non-routine shaped board is enabled.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable use without relation to the existence of a pallet by providing slow moving belts and fast moving belts alternately and in parallel, and using a slow moving belt in front and rear of an operation station, and supplying to the station a transported matter by conducting separation by means of a fast moving belt in the vicinity of the station. CONSTITUTION:In the case of transport being made from left to right by means of belts 11, 12 at the drawing, transport is made at a slow speed by means of a slow moving belt 20 at this side position of an operation station 20. And, when arrival is made at the operation station 20 where ascent/descent blocks 21 are in a descending state, a slow moving belt 11 is made to retreat to the lower part, and a transported matter is transported at a high speed by means of a fast moving belt 11, and this transported matter is separated from the succeeding transported matter. Next, stopper pins 25, 26 are made to be at an operation position by means of an air cylinder which is not shown in the drawing, and positioning the transported matter is done and at the same time, the succeeding goods are stopped. Next, ascent/descent blocks 21 are made to ascend and work is pursued. After work completion, descending is made, and carrying out is made to a carrying out side.
