Abstract: Two DC motors are driven by switching pulse drive circuits, and the switching on times of drive pulses are made to be out of phase with each other at the two switching pulse drive circuits. One of the two DC motors rotates rotary video heads, and the other drives a capstan of a video tape recording and/or reproducing apparatus. The drive pulses are preferably synchronized with horizontal synchronizing pulses of a video signal to be handled by the video tape recording and/or reproducing apparatus in order to avoid pulse noises.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backup pin suitable for backing up a high density mounting printed circuit board. SOLUTION: A backup pin 10 has two inserting leg parts 10b and 10c, provided on the position corresponding to the pitch of the backup pin inserting hole of the backup plate provided by arranging the backup pin inserting hole in lattice form, and printed circuit board receiving head part 10d which received the printed circuit board on the position corresponding to the pitch center part of the backup pin inserting hole. A backup pin 11 has two inserting leg parts 11b and 11c and a printed circuit board receiving head part 11d which receives the printed circuit board on the position non-corresponding to the pitch center part of the backup pin inserting hole. By backing up the printed circuit board by combinedly using an inserting leg part 6b and a backup pin 6 provided with a printed circuit board receiving head part 6a, the backup of a high density mounting board can be coped with.

CONSTITUTION:A TCP 28 is sucked by a suction nozzle 25, heights of TCP leads and an IC chip bottom from a board 11 are measured by a displacement sensor 29, and a quantity of the material coating the board 1 by a dispenser 26 is decided based on a difference of the heights. Further, a falling distance of the nozzle 25 is decided according to the height of the TCP leads from the board 11.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent defective soldering at the time of the surface mounting of a chip type electronic part by simple constitution by forming a solder reservoir in groove width larger than other sections to a specified section on the lead through-hole side in a lead receiving groove for a pedestal. CONSTITUTION:A part element with a pair of leads 2 is inserted into a cylindrical case 1 with a bottom while a part body 5, in which an opening section in the case 1 is sealed with a sealing body with a lead inserting hole, and an electric insulating pedestal 10 mounted on the opening section side of said case 1 are installed. A pair of lead through-holes 12 and a pair of lead receiving grooves 13 shaped so as to mutually communicate with each through-hole 12 from the opposite direction on the base side of the pedestal 10 are formed to the pedestal 10, and each end section 2a of said leads is bent along the lead receiving grooves 13 and changed into chips. In such an electronic part, solder reservoirs 13a in groove width larger than other sections are shaped to specified sections on the lead through-hole 12 sides in said lead receiving grooves 13.

The squeegee 12 has a platelike high hardness elastic unit 12b formed of high hardness elastic material at the part in contact with the mask 6, a squeegee holder 13, and a platelike low hardness elastic unit 12a formed of low hardness elastic material provided between the holder 13 and the unit 12b. The unit 12b having a thickness of 1mm is adhered to the tip face of the unit 12a.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a spray type solder flux coating system, which detects the amount of a solder flux applied to a substrate to eliminate the missetting of the amount. CONSTITUTION:A solder flux is fed in a gun 9 from a solder flux tank 6 via a regulator 8 by a pump 7, the high-pressure air is fed in the gun 9 from an air compressor 11 via a regulator 10 and the flux is put on the high-pressure air and is intermittently sprayed on a substrate 1, which comes being transferred by a conveyor 2, on the basis of the output of a pulse controller 12. As the thicknesses of the flux applied are different from each other according to the kinds of the substrate, the thickness of the applied flux is detected by thickness detection sensors 16 and 17 constituted of a laser displacement meter for setting automatically these thicknesses. This detection amount and applied-amount setting data being stored previously in a memory unit 18 are compared with each other in a control unit 13 and the speed of the conveyor is controlled to adjust to the set value of the applied amount of the flux.
